Abstract］ objective to discuss the clinical meaning of the treatment of tibial plateau fracture by mipo and operation method.methods 34 cases of tibial plateau fracture with schatzker typeⅰ～ⅴ were treated by mipo during march 2005 to june 2007,then followed-up all the cases.results using mipo to treat the tibial plateau fracture in reducing bleeding and operating time,all cases had no tresis vulnus infection and necrosis,no fracture disunion,no loosening and breaking of internal fixations,etc.the knees function regained well.conclusion treating tibial plateau fractures with mipo has little obstructe in environment of fracture healing through minimally invasive,has fortes of minimally invasive,firm of internal fixations,low rate of infection,high rate of fracture healing,can reduce the complications,fit principle of biologic fixation.

目的 讨论应用微创接骨板固定术在治疗胫骨平台骨折中的临床意义及手术方法。方法运用mipo技术治疗2005年3月～2007年6月34例schatzkerⅰ～ⅴ型胫骨平台骨折，并对其进行随访观察。结果运用mipo技术治疗胫骨平台骨折，手术时间短，术中出血量少，没有发生伤口感染坏死、骨折不愈合和内固定松动、断裂等并发症，术后患者膝关节功能恢复良好。结论 mipo在治疗胫骨平台骨折时以微创来提供尽可能少受干扰的骨折愈合环境，具有创伤小、固定确实、感染率低、骨折愈合率高等优点，减少了并发症的发生，符合生物学固定的原理。

The disturbing rields caused by the speedup and quietude of upper crustal movement in Tibetan Plateau indicate that, when the upper crust movement is speedup in Tibetan Plateau and keeps the boundary condition unchanged, the energy stored in upper crust is released, the driving force by Indian plate increases the horizontal compression stress and movement in other layers in Tibetan Plateau, and increase the horizontal compression stress in the whole geosphere in North China area Comparing the disturbing distribution of horizontal compression stress in the upper mantle layer, the value in North China area is only about one twelfths of that in south part of Tibetan Plateau.

3青藏高原地区地壳非均匀活动在中国大陆岩石层引起扰动场的研究结果表明，在保持板块边界作用强度不变的情况下，青藏高原地区岩石层上部地壳运动的增强，增加了其岩石层下部的向前推挤，同时也增加了对其它块体的推挤作用，以上地幔盖层内最大水平主压应力的扰动值为例，华北地区比青藏高原南部地区小一个量级。

The project will develop a bandpass sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter for digital audio broadcasting system in three years. In the first year, we had finished the system simulation for IF receiver using conventional high speed ADC and bandpass sigma-delta ADC, respectively. We also had done the analysis and design of high-order bandpass sigma-delta modulator structure. The rate of subsidence has been decreasing from area near vertex of delta to the coastal zone and some place is even rising, particularly in the early formed area. What is the different in the coastal is that the rate of subsidence is still high and can sustain a long time. This is because the land subsidence in the delta is mainly caused by the consolidation of sediments if there is no human activity. Especially in the newly formed area, Qingshuigou sub-delta, the rate of subsidence was more than 50 mm/a in the begining and now is still higher than 10 mm/a. When the newly sediments discharged by the Yellow River landed on the subaquatic delta, its load can drive the concolidation of the silt, which is on the surface of the Bohai seafloor. The rate of consolidation of the silt will be decreasing quickly in the first years, but still a long time in the later time with a slow rate.

研究结果表明：现代黄河三角洲在以宁海为顶点的河口扇形区域，近期均经历了不同程度的地表下沉过程，但是随区域地理位置和时间的不同，地表变化空间差异性比较明显；三角洲顶点附近区域的下沉速率自上世纪末开始逐渐减小，后期甚至出现轻微的抬升；滨海沿岸附近地区的地表形变特征相对比较复杂，各期叶瓣相互叠置及其各类沉积物的不均匀分配，使由沉积物自然固结压实引起的地表形变具有显著的空间差异；目前，除清水沟流路叶瓣表现为快速沉降以外，其它滨海沿岸区基本上都表现为微弱的下沉。
