Study result suggest: The change of stock in RFCCU directly affect gasoline content. Gasoline content can be reduced through increasing the equilibrium activity of catalyst, controlling reaction level, increasing recirculating rate of gasoline and stability of gasoline level. Conclusions drawn from experiment is that optimization of operating condition has great effect on lowering olefine content of gasoline which can be reduced from 60% to 50%.Reducing reaction temperature is useful for lowering olefine content of gasoline, when the reaction temperature is raised, thermal cracking rate is higher than catalytic cracking rate, so that olefine content is increased. Raising catalyst-to-oil ratio is good for lowering olefine content. With conversion rate increased, the yield of LPG and coke is raised, the yield of gasoline is increased firstly and then decreased slightly, hydrogen transfer index is increased, so the olefine content is decreased.

Methods 120 SD rats were divided randomly into blank group, model group, Baoliezhi control group and Qianliening granule groups with different doses. The models were established with hypodermic injection of testosterone propionate at 4 mg/kg after orchiectomy, at the same time, these rats were gastric perfused with different drugs respectively for 30 days. The body weight, prostate weight, prostate index, morphological changes, the level of T and E2 were measured. Results The body weight in model group was significantly lower than that in control group (P.05), the prostate weight and index were obviously higher than that in control group (P.01). The prostate weight and index were decreased significantly in Qianliening granule groups with meddle and high doses (P.01), the level of testosterone was increased significantly and E2 was decreased obviously in Qianliening granule group with high doses.
将雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分成空白组、模型组、保列治治疗对照组、前列宁颗粒低、中、高剂量组,采用丙酸睾丸酮皮下注射引起大鼠前列腺增生模型,连续给药30d后,观察6组动物体重前列腺湿重前列腺指数前列腺组织形态血清睾酮雌二醇(E2)水平的变化结果模型组大鼠体重较正常组明显减轻(P.05),而前列腺重量和前列腺指数明显升高(P.01);前列宁颗粒中、高剂量组的前列腺重量和前列腺指数明显下降(P.01);前列宁颗粒高剂量组可明显升高大鼠血清T水平,降低E2水平,使T/E2比例升高。
