After analyzing characteristics of urban spatial data, this paper partly implements the integration of spatial data of multi sources and organization and management of sea-large spatial data. Finally, the spatial data managing system makes a uniform management, maintenance and updating on such data as digital linear graphic, digital elevation map, digital orthoimage, digital raster data, reference points and metadata.

本文针对城市空间数据特征分析，部分实现了多源空间数据的集成和海量空间数据的组织与管理，实现了多库一体化分布式城市空间数据管理系统，将数字矢量线划数据、数字正射影像数据、数字高程模型数据、数字栅格数据、控制点数据以及元数据的进行统一的管理、维护和更新。

This paper summarizes the background and advantage of data mining, as well as the significance of data mining in the scientific research management of colleges and universities firstly, and then discusses the theory of data mining, association rules and the ideas of main algorithm, analyzes the classic Apriori algorithm and its existing problems as well as the basic solutions. After that, this paper proposes Multi-Dimensional Apriori algorithm which is designed specially for the mining of this paper; Then describes the structure of scientific research data mining system, defines subject-oriented mining tasks, including: mining the data about research projects, mining the data about papers, mining the data about academic writings. The association mining process is implemented by programing, a number of stimulating association rules are found, interpreted and analyzed.

本文首先综述了数据挖掘的研究背景、意义以及数据挖掘技术在高校科研管理中的应用现状和意义，然后在对数据挖掘相关理论、关联规则思想及主要算法进行讨论，分析经典Apriori算法及其存在的问题、基本解决方案后，提出了适合本文挖掘的多维Apriori算法的设计方案，并应用于本文挖掘中；接着论文介绍了科研数据的关联挖掘系统的结构，确定了面向主题的挖掘任务，包括：科研项目信息的挖掘、论文信息的挖掘、学术专著信息的挖掘等；设计了关联规则的实施过程，并通过程序编码得以实现，获得了多条有启发性的关联规则，并对其进行了解释与分析。

In this paper, the case study- the spatialization of China's population at the county level in the country scale can, on one side, obtain the population density of all kinds of terrain features across China. On the other side, the population density data at the county level can be integrated with environment data and social-economic data to generate 1-km grid data sets of average population density, average capacity of natural resources and others derived from environment data. And these data could be useful to monitor China's resource management, population dynamics and so on. The example study has demonstrated a plausible method of wisely using discrete point data to carry out some practical studies.

本文通过全国县级行政单位人口数据的空间化过程，一方面可以重新得到各种类型区人口居住密度的预设值或经验值；另一方面，可以将空间化后的人口数据与其他自然资源、环境数据和社会经济等数据进行有效的融合，将能得到1km格网的人均自然资源占有量、人口密度以及其他经济、环境指标的派生数据信息，这对于我们国家的自然资源管理和宏观调控、人口的动态监测等，均具有重要的实际意义。

Thirdly, in order to manage these data better, the paper advances the organization methods of data of commixed Database of Geo-spatial Framework model by integrating some advanced database technologies such as RDBMS and the Spatial Database Engine, namely on the basis of database and the data of Geo-spatial Framework divided in a preceding part of this paper, it describes layer-delaminating, block-dividing, slice-connecting, map-dividing and BLOB etc. to organize spatial data, including DLG, DOM, DEM, and thematic data, taking example for the data of urban planning. At the same time it also realizes integrated management of these data.
