Results In 950 patients with successful cataractous operations,187 eyes(18.4%)had the vision of super-1.0,395 eyes(39.5%)had the Vision of 1.0-0.5,292 eyes(29.2%)had the vision of 0.5-0.3,106 eyes(10.4%)had the vision of 0.1-0.3,25 eyes(2.5)had the vislon of below-0.1.In 950 patients,242 eyes(24.2%)had diabetic retinopathy,15l eyes(15.1%)had aged-related macular degeneration,27 eyes(2.7%)had ischemic optic neuropathy,7 eyes(0.07%)had choroiditis,15 eyes(1.5%)had retinal vein occlusion,12 eyes(1.2%)had cystoid macular edema,5 eyes(0.2%)had traumatic retinopathy.

结果 950例患者的l 005只眼中，187只眼(18.4%)视力达1.0以上，395只眼(39.5%)视力在1.0-0.5，292只眼(29.2%)视力在0.5-0.3，106只眼(10.4%)视力在0.3-0.1，25只眼(2.5%)视力低于0.1.950例患者的1005只眼中，242只眼(24.2%)息有糖尿病视网膜病变，151只眼(15.1%)息有老年性黄班变性，27只眼(2.7%)息有缺血性视神经病变，7只眼(0.07%)息有陈旧性脉络膜炎，15只眼(1.5%)患有视网膜静脉闭塞，12只眼患有黄斑囊样水肿(1.2%)，5只眼(0.05%)患有外伤性视网膜病变。

Results:① 37 cases shown ascites (59.7%). 14 cases shown showed little;②19 cases shown thicken-peritoneum (30.6%), 8 cases nodular shadows; 5 cases shown cingulum shadows; 6 cases shown mass shadows;③ 17 cases changed epiploon (27.4%), 5 cases showed smudged, 3 cases nodular shadows; 9 cases caked sign;④ 4 cases cystoid mass (6.4%) in ovarian neoplasm;⑤ 2 cases deviated intestine with thickened bowel wall (3.2%).

结果：①腹水37例，占59.7%，其中少量腹水14例，大量及中等量腹水23例；②腹膜增厚19例，占30.6%，其中结节状8例、条带状5例、块状增厚6例；③网膜改变17例，占27.4%，污垢状5例、结节状3例、饼状9例；④腹腔内囊性占位性病变共4例，占6.4%，均见于卵巢癌；⑤小肠壁增厚伴肠管移位2例，占3.2%。

Results There were 14 cases of tubal pregnancy (9 were located in ampullae ,4 were in interstitial trpes and 1 was in interstitial);And one cases were ovarian pregnancy.whose signs of CT were cystoid bump in the pelvic cavity,with uneven density and unclear interface with organization of surroundings, Cystoid wall or blood vessel of the part were intensified and there was no change inside the cystoid,concomitancy with hyperaemia of pelvic cavity.

结果 14例异位妊娠发生在输卵管(9例位于壶腹部，4例位于伞端，1例位于间质部)，1例发生在卵巢；CT表现盆腔囊实性肿块，密度高低不均，与周围组织分界不清，增强后囊壁强化或局部血管样强化而内部无强化，合并盆腔积血。
