Running a school with limited independence power.On the basis of the comparison of successful experiences of running agricultural education in developed counties, such as USA, Japan and France, this paper put forward following viewpoints: In order to visualize the strategic status of HAE, necessary protectionism must be offered through lawmaking and hortative policies, peasantry-undergraduates facing agricultural production must be cultured in the process of expanding and developing HAE. The opportunities of developing higher agricultural vocational and technical education must be grasped in the process of realizing the transit from elite-education to popularization-education. Existent and developmental room of HAE must be unceasingly widened basing upon the road of distinctiveness, integration and internationalization. The relationship of elite-education and popularization-education must be rightly dealt with and the niches of agricultural colleges must be made clear.

文章在比较美国、日本、法国等国家发展高等农业教育的成功做法和经验的基础上，提出了要通过立法或制定鼓励政策来彰显高等农业教育的战略地位，为高等农业教育的发展提供必要的政策性保护；要在大力扩张高等农业教育的过程中培养面向农业生产一线的农民身份的大学生；要在实现农科精英教育向大众化教育转轨的过程中抓住发展高等农业职业技术教育的机遇；要通过立足走特色化、综合化和国际化的道路来不断拓展高等农业教育的生存和发展空间；要正确处理精英教育与大众化教育的关系，明确各类农业高校的生态位等发展高等农业教育的观点和思路。

This dissertation holds that education should transfer from discipline education to dialogic education. Dialogic education aims at eliminating traditional authority of education, opposing simple instilment, paying attention to individual rationality to be awoken, paying attention to individual speech, constructing the free scene of education, making man positively take part in the dialogic process to arouse individual psychic consciousness and vital dignity, making man realize his spirit self-creation and permeation as well as generation.

本文认为应从规训化教育走向对话式教育，消解传统的教育威权，反对简单的灌输，关注人的理性自觉，关注人的个体言说，营造自由的教育情景，使人在积极参与对话的过程中唤起个体的精神意识和个体的生命尊严，最终实现人的精神的自我创造、充盈与生成。

Through the study of cost-contrasting analysis, it indicates that the cost of web-based education has obvious advantage comparing with traditional education of TsinghuaUniversity and internal traditional education. In contrast with the cost construction and economic features of the first and second generation distance education, the web-based education of Tsinghua University shows the economic features of capital/technology intensiveness ,not the feature of labour intensiveness which traditional face-to-face education has demonstrated.

Jaspers thought that there are three kinds of educational methods such as academic approach education,master and apprentice' approach education and socrates' approach education.it is perceived from jaspers' deep comprehension and classification to educational methods that jaspers emphasized socialized educational method and paid great attention to selfhood education and he enthroned conversation.according to the character of jaspers' educational methodology,we should restore original appearance of education in educational practice.we should alter single irrigational method in conventional education and adopt and select reciprocal educational method,with which teachers and students can interact each other.at the same time,the students can interact each other too.so the students can be educated in the atmosphere of equality and harmony and interaction.

雅斯贝尔斯认为，现存的教育方式有经院式教育、师徒式教育和苏格拉底式教育等三种。从雅斯贝尔斯对教育方式的深刻理解与分类，我们看到，雅氏在教育方法上强调交往的教育方法，注重自我教育及推崇对话。根据雅斯贝尔斯教育方法论的特点，在实际的教育实践中要还教育的本来面目，改变以往传统教育中单一的灌输模式，采用与选择师生互动的交互式的教育模式，从而创设师生互动，生生互动的情境，在平等、和谐与互动中达到对学生教育的目的。

There were no significant difference between diabetics in hospital and diabetics who had participated diabetes education in gender,age,marital status,occupation, education level and the form of medical expenses.It is suggested that the two groups come from the same patients. 2.According to the result of content validity and retest reliability,questionnaire of compliance has a good validity and reliability.According to the result of consistence test,collection validity,discrimination validity and construct validity,SF-36 has a good validity and reliability.3.We used self paired comparison to analyze the data of the treatment compliance from the patients who had participated diabetes education and the patients in hospital who hadn\'t participated diabetic education.The results suggest that the treatment compliance of patients is improved as the number of times that these patients participated diabetes education was increased.The treatment compliance of the patients in hospital is improved just in a short-term period,who hadn\'t participated diabetes education.

研究结果1、住院糖尿病患者与参加健康教育的糖尿病患者在性别、年龄、婚姻、职业、文化程度、医疗用度承担形式上均无统计学差异，说明两组人群来自同一整体。2、根据内容效度和重测信度的结果证实允从性问卷具有良好的信度和效度；根据内部一致性检验、集合效度、区分效度和结构效度的结果证实SF-36量表具有良好的信度和效度。3、对参与健康教育的糖尿病患者进行的允从性跟踪调查结果进行自身配对前后比较，并与未参加健康教育的住院糖尿病患者的允从性得分进行比较，发现糖尿病患者治疗允从性随着参加健康教育次数的增多而进步；未参加教育的住院患者治疗允从性在进院和刚出院的短期内有一定进步，但随后逐渐下降至进院前水平。

In addition, the research into trilingual code-witching becomes all the more important and significant due to the fact that trilingual education is a newly-developed research subject. The present study is of considerable significance in that it not only enriches the research of code-switching both in general setting and in classroom context, fosters conceptualization and implementation of trilingual education, but provides the implications for the EFL education for ethnic minority learners.

本文认为，要使我国教育投融资体制改革取得预期成效，首先必须对现行的财政拨款制度进行改革，加大国家财政对高等教育的投入；其次要扩大高等教育经费的来源渠道，鼓励高等院校从多渠道筹措资金，建立保证教育经费稳步增长的良好机制；第三要改革现有的成本补偿机制，完善高等教育的收费制度，借鉴国外高等教育成本补偿的先进经验，使我国的学费制度更科学和完善；第四要加强对高等教育经费的监督管理和有效运作、提高资金的使用效率，并通过创新运用现代金融工具筹措资。

Firstly, the government should rethink the basic mission of higher education in view of the underlying and further social benefit. Secondly, for the purpose of preventing the abuse of the university, the relation between the government and the university should been constructed with the principle of contract spirit. Thirdly, the government should be responsible for the financial support considering the public welfare of higher education. Fourthly, the government should overcome the market failure and promote the equal opportunity in higher education. Finally, the government should carry out effective means to balance the scale of higher education, to increase the quality of higher education, and to achieve unisonous development of higher education.The view point that facts and value are unified in the problem of development has been expressed in this dissertation.

具体内容包括：首先，政府要从社会的根本的、长远的利益出发，重新思考高等教育的基本使命；其次，必须以契约精神重构政府与大学之关系，防止大学被滥用；再次，政府应从高等教育的公益性出发，对高等教育承担更多的财政责任：再其次，政府要努力克服市场失灵，促进高等教育机会均等；最后，必须采取有效手段，合理调节高等教育规模，提高增长的质量，实现高等教育的协调发展。

The article emphasizes the reform on changing traditional teaching methods that focus more on theory than practice, more knowledge than skills; It advocates the training on student′s capabilities and skills, methods that sharpens student′s skills and the creative and innovative abilities. 本文通过以上的研究和分析，论述了中专美术教育的职业化改革方向，提出了关于中专美术教育创建具有自身特点和优势的职业教育体系的见解，阐明了从专业与课程体系到教育教学形式再到师生素质等一系列教育改革内容，强调中专美术专业的教育应改变传统的重理论、轻实践；重知识、轻技能的教学理念，注重对学生技术技能的培训，提高学生的实践能力和创造、创新能力，从而使中专美术的教育模式更加符合时代的需求，也更加符合教育自身发展的需求。
