ELISA method was used for comparison. Results The positive rate of DIGFA in testing the serum from 50 infected rats was 96.0%(48/50). The negative rate of DIGFA in healthy rats was 100%(50/50). Methods Twenty-three cases of OSAS patients proved by polysomnography were examined with MRI. The cross-sectional area of retropalatal region, retroglossal region, epiglottal region and the lateral parapharyngeal fat pad of RP region was calculated.
