The Finnish Chamber Orchestra relies primarily on private endorsement. 目的 探讨男性尿失禁患者两种护理方法对尿路感染及患者舒适度的影响。方法本着患者及家属自愿选择的原则将入住我院的男性尿失禁患者80名分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组利用bt-ⅰ型高级透气接尿器，对照组采用留置导尿管，比较两组护理后第3、7、10、14天的尿道口的细菌培养结果及尿道口的局部症状。结果两组患者尿道口培养结果及尿道口局部不良症状比较，观察组阳性率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论使用bt-ⅰ型接尿器可有效提高男性尿失禁患者会阴及周围皮肤的护理效果，提高患者的舒适度。
