The image processing method of PIV was studied on the base of the image correlation theory in this paper. The simulated particle image displacement field was reconstructed. The reconstruction result of auto correlation and cross correlation , and the error of cross correlation were given. The difference of this two correlation method was analyzed.

This article used the method of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis to research on the correlation dependence of the league tournament rank to the physical shape and the technical statistics during 2005-2006 CBA regular season. It has beenshown that physical shape has less correlation with and percentage of shots of three-pointers, percentage of shots of penalty, losing point, rebound of the back field and the turnovers have most correlation with league tournament rank. The major factors that determine the amount of net scores in games the percentage of shots of three-pointers by better teams may have greater effects in the league tournament rank.

To understand the current situation of retail employee's organizational identity,their evaluation on organizational culture and the relationship between them,we analyzed the data on SPSS13.0,using one-way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation. Conclusions of this study are as follows:First of all,through the Pearson Correlation analysis, we found the correlation between organizational culture and organizational identity is very remarkable except for adaptability and mission aspects of organizational culture with flectional ascription of organizational identity,which showed no significant negative correlation.Retail enterprises organizational culture influents employee's organizational identity.
