Methods since 2004 at my hospital for medical treatment in patients with chronic heart failure 58 cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 32 cases, at the basis of conventional therapy with captopril and add 5-Isosorbide Mononitrate; control group 26 cases, only in the conventional therapy plus captopril; administration of the two groups were observed at 8 weeks of the efficacy and safety.

Result:(1)The CTDIw in low dose group was 34.9％ of the index in conventional dose group;(2) The image quality in low dose group mostly was better,but inferior to that in conventional dose group,and all images were qualitied for diagnosing.
