Firstly, by using DSC, we analyzed the effect of the type and content of initiators on the curing reaction, Then, through FTIR, we discussed the final degree of cure of the cured resin and the performance of the cured resin by testing the static mechanical performance and DMTA, found that moderate content and ratio of the initiators system can cause the moderate cure temperature, increase of exotherm and the final degree of cure result from the cooperation effect of the two kinds of initiators, and found that the cooperated initiators system can effectively increase the final degree of cure even in low content.

The sizes of the self-assembly micelles of the amphiphilic block copolymers and the effects werestudied by dynamic light scattering and UV-visible spectrophotometer. The micelle sizes werelargely influenced bythe hydrophobic chain content in the copolymer, the properties of the solvent and the copolymer concentration in the organic phase. The morphology of the micelles was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Theresults showed that the micelles appeared spheres with inner core and outer shell. The critical association concentrations were determined by pyrene monomer fluorescence probe technology. The degradability of copolymer was studied by the loss of the intrinsic viscosity in the degradation process. The results indicated that the degradation rate of PECL was slower thanthat of PELLA and PEDLLA. The stability of the copolymer micelle dispersion was examined by measuring the critical flocculation concentration, which gradually decreased with increasing the content of thehydrophobic chain in the copolymer. The rheological results showed thatthe viscosity ofthe micelle dispersion with higher content of PEG segments was firstly decreased and then increased with the increasingthe temperature. Otherwise, the variation of viscosity was irregular. The viscosity of the micelle dispersion increased with the increase of the electrolyte (Na 2SO 4) concentrations. Polymer micelles paclitaxel was prepared by self-emulsification/solvent evaporation method and solid dispersion technique with amphiphilic block polymers as the carrier material.

The result showed: rice has 28532 orphan genes, which accounts for 50.9%, and 27524 non-orphan genes, which accounts for 49. 1%; the microsatellite content in orphan genes is significantly higher than in non-orphan genes; in constitution, tri-nucleotide microsatellite content in ether orphan genes or non-orphan genes exceeds 50%, while the total tri-nucleotide microsatellite content in orphan genes accounts for 68% and that in non-orphan genes accounts for 58%, of total microsatellites.

The result indicated that in the low phosphorus condition, using sturdy-seeding agent which inoculates fungi of dissolving phosphorus could obviously improve the plant height, increase fresh and dry biomass of the shoots, root vigor, phosphorus content and P uptake of the shoots. In the five treatments, compared to the blank control groups, the plant height of rice seedling increases 16.81%, fresh biomass 21.28%, dry biomass 12.42%, phosphorus content 31.11% and P uptake 44.03% for the shoots, the results were good. Next was P1 and P4 treatments, especially in the P1 treatment, the dry and fresh biomass, phosphorus content and phosphorus uptake of the roots were highest than any other treatment.

The changes of nitrogen content, free amino acid, C/N ratio and chlorophyll content of wheat in wheat-faba bean intercropping system were studied by pot experiment with 3 N levels 0, 75 and 150 mg Nkg^(-1 soil. The results showed that leaf nitrogen content of intercropped wheat was higher than that of monocultured wheat at 3N level at tilling and booting stages, but was lower at heading stages.
