Using DC and AC poling methods, three groups of polarized PZT/P 70/30composites have been prepared by poling only the ceramic phase(1), both ceramic and polymerphases in the same(2) and opposite(3) directions. Piezoelectric coefficients of group 1 compositesincrease as the PZT content increasing, while for group 2 composites, the piezoelectric coefficientschange the sign with increasing PZT content because piezoelectricity of copolymer is increasinglycompensated by that of PZT, and PZT content for zero-〓 isn't that for zero-〓. In order to understand the relationship between dielectric properties and sugar content of juices, dielectric properties of juice of three honeydew melon cultivars and four watermelon cultivars with different maturities were measured with an open-ended coaxial-line probe and impedance analyzer over the frequency range from 10 MHz to 1.8GHz. Soluble solids content of fruit juice and moisture of fruit pulp were also measured. The correlation between dielectric properties and soluble solids content was analyzed.

By detecting the 〓 content of ventricular single myocyte using fluorescent probe Fluo-3/AM, results correspond to that done above, L-THP decreased 〓 content inside of cell significantly. Using whole-cell mode, we observed the effect of L-THP on Ica in ventricular single cell, it was found that L-THP decreased Ica, the effect increased with increasing it's dose, and had voltage, frequency-dependency. Dose highly corelated to effect, corelative constant is 0.87. When washing cell with normal tyre's solution, Ica could recover, which proved the blocked action of L-THP on calcium channel once again. Meanwhile, L-THP reduced production of MDA in heart injured by ISO in dose-dependent manner, improved content of GSH-Px, in case tissue or cell free from free radical damage.

The experimental results show that the content of SiC in RBSC increases with carbon content while α-SiC is chosen as a filler. However, the residual carbon would appear in specimens when the carbon content exceeds 30% by weight. Using carbon felt, the reaction-formed SiC particles are small and uniform in size and distribution. However, when carbon felt is impregnated with phenol resin, the reaction-formed SiC is nonuniform in size and distribution. X-ray diffraction shows that the fabricated RBSC is composed of α-SiC,β-SiC, and free Si. The polytype of SiC is related to the reaction-heat during sintering.

The results showed that coverage, tiller density, turf quality, leaf chlorophyll and water content declined markedly along with turgidity under the persisting stress of heat and drought. Compared with mid-June, turf quality and leaf water content in mid-August had declined about 12.1%-49.8% and 14.2%-27.6%, respectively.
