This dissertation is divided into four chapters altogether:chapter one is the introduction,introducing the Hore component and its important characteristic and putting forward the basic task;Chapter two introduce the principle of the auto-tracking system and respective parts of the auto-tracking system;Chapter three introduce the applications of auto-tracking system under static condition and dynamic condition and give out the experiment results;Chapter four introduced the displaying system,communicating system and the applicability of the auto-tracking system to other sensors.

Firstly, the author does some research on the general protection system on Creditors protection in civil law .He holds that the general protection system has a defect that can not adapt to new era's requirements, and he also believes from the perspective of merchant law and economical law that the protection system in corporate law is a heritage and development of the general protection system in civil law. Then, he analyzes, discusses and concludes.the protection system in corporate law of different countries and takes the concerned system in Japanese corporate law as an example.

作者首先对民法上之债权人利益保护一般制度进行了研究，认为民法上之一般制度存在不能应对新时代要求之缺陷，并且从商法和经济法的角度出发，认为公司法上债权人利益保护制度是对民法一般保护制度的继承和发展；随后，作者对各国公司法上关于公司分立中债权人利益保护制度进行了总结、分析和探讨，并以日本公司法上的相关制度为例进行了比较考察。

The results indicated that, when dissolved oxygen concentration varied from 6 mg/L to 9 mg/L, turbots in nano-metre pure oxygen system were higher on growth, survival rate and feed conversion efficiency than those of air system; A farming trial was conducted to determine growth difference of turbot between pure oxygen and air system. Length growth, weight growth, survival rate and FCE were better in nano-metre pure oxygen system than air system. The results suggested that nano-metre pure oxygen was better than aeration in turbot farming system when dissolved oxygen concentration was from 6~9 mg/L.

结果表明，微米纯氧Ⅰ组大菱鲆的体重增长、成活率、肥满度及饵料转化率高于机械增氧组；微米纯氧Ⅱ组各指标低于机械增氧组。7个月的大规模生产试验（800 m2水面，溶解氧6~9 mg/L）表明，采用微米纯氧气泡增氧养殖大菱鲆，各测定指标均显著高于机械增氧，可以加快大菱鲆生长，提高成活率和饵料转化率。
