Research progresses in the oganoboron π-conjugated materials are reviewed in this paper, in terms of the molecular structures of the π-conjugated systems, including the linear π-conjugated systems with boryl groups at the terminal positions, the starburst π-conjugated systems containing boron atoms at the center, the polymeric π-conjugated systems containing boron atoms in the main chain, the boron-bridged ring-fused π-conjugated systems, as well as the π-conjugated systems with boryl groups at the side positions.

First, considering interchain interaction, the itineracy of electrons, the electron-electron correlation, electron-phonon interaction and spin correlation in low dimensional system, we proposed an interchain coupling theoretical model for conjugated system and non-conjugated system of organic polymer ferromagnets, respectively. Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
