Theoretically, the present thesis is based upon the encouragement theory in the study of administration. The literature of the thesis is mainly devoted to the survey of research at home and abroad in two aspects: the young teacher development and encouragement mechanism. Methodologically, the thesis is a case study of Northwest Normal University.
