objective:to investigate the therapeutic action of somatostatin in pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.methods: to collect 100 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy during 2003～2006,contrast 44 patients use somatostatin after pancreaticoduodenectomy as experimental group,and 56 patients with conventional therapy as control group.results:there were no pancreatic leakage case in the modified group of 44 cases.3 cases complicating pancreatic leakage occurd in control group,and the proportion of pancreatic leakage are different examined by statistic mathord.conclusions:use somatostatin after pd can restrain organism excrete diastase vera,and help anastomotic stoma to concrescent and decrease pancreatic leakage;pancreatic leakage should be treated by different grades,grade 1 can be cured by persistent drainage with somatostatin and nutritional support;grade 2 should be pay more energetic intervention.

作者单位：潍坊医学院，潍坊 261042；潍坊市人民医院肝胆外科，潍坊 261042 目的：探讨生长抑素在胰十二指肠切除术后减少胰漏的作用。方法：收集2003年1月～2006年12月施行pd患者100例，术后应用生长抑素持续泵入病人44例，并与同期施行的pd术后常规应用全肠外营养及抗生素治疗病人56例，结果进行了对比观察。结果：实验组病人44例无1例发生胰漏，对照组56例病人，3例发生不同程度的胰漏，发生率5.3%，统计学比较有显著差异（p＜0.05）。结论： pd后应用生长抑素持续泵入可以抑制胰酶的作用，使胰肠吻合口较好地愈合，从而有效地减少胰漏的发生；胰漏可进行分级治疗，ⅰ级胰漏采用通畅引流为主，同时使用生长抑素和营养支持等治疗多可治愈，ⅱ级胰漏需要积极治疗。

The results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the following factors were statistically associated with poor quality of life: dicta with more meat (OR=1.617, 95% CI:1.103~2.369), number of DM complication (OR=2.817, 95% CI:l.696~4.678), cerebrovascular disease (OR=3.073, 95% CI:1.174~8.046), severity of depression (OR=1.924, 95% CI:1.112~3.327), and intake of more legume (OR=0.631, 95% CI:0.4470~0.891) were associated with good quality of life. Conclusions Diabetes mellitus may decrease the life quality of patients in different aspects. Effective measures should be taken in order to improve the quality of life while treating the diabetes mellitus itself.

多因素非条件logistic回归显示，低生存质量的危险因素为：肉类及其制品摄人多(OR=1.617， 95% CI：1.103~2369)、DM并发症数量多(OR=2.817， 95% CI：1696~4.678)、脑血管疾病(OR=3.3073， 95% CI：1.174~8.046)、抑郁程度(OR=1.924， 95% CI：1.112~3.327)，生存质量的保护因素为：豆类及其制品摄入多(OR=0.631， 95% CI：0.447~0.891)，结论糖尿病可从不同方面影响患者的生存质量，在控制糖尿病病情的同时应针对影响生存质量评分的因素，采取不同的方法改善患者的生存质量。

The fabrication of fibers was attempted. The copolymers, the copolymers containing MOCT and the copolymer films containing MOCT were characterized by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Thermogravimetric Analyzer and X-ray Diffraction etc. The conclusions were summarized as following,1. The AN/MMA copolymers were testified that copolymerization of most AN and MMA occurred and the ratio of AN and MMA in copolymer was less than the ratio of monomers. With the increase of the contents of MMA, the viscosity of copolymer solution, molecular weight and decomposition temperature of copolymers increase.

Due to the numerical aperture of DVD pickup is large, and the characteristic size is small, the error of scalar diffraction theory is very large. The in-depth research work on vector diffraction of optical disc was carried out. The optical disk model was analyzed use the rigorous coupled wave theory, and some significative conclusion was obtained. These conclusions can use for guidance of scheme designing of optical pickup.
