The effect of the concentration, pH of several ligands such as acetate, oxalate, tartrate and phosphate solution and their orders added on the adsorption and activity of BSA and acid phosphatase on yellow brown soil, latosol, kaolinite, goethite and δ-MnO〓 was first systematically studied by using batch and FTIR methods after analyzed and studied the relative literature that reported in the world. The impact of these ligands on the adsorption mechanism and secondary structure of protein was simultaneously engaged.

Results Different concentrations of vinegar with different disinfection duration showed significantly different bactericidal effect on Staphylococcus, Escherichia and Candida albicans (F=6.89~156.83, P.05). The effect was better along with higher concentration and longer duration. The average kill rate against natural bacteria on hands was 0.9915±0.0032 after exposed to vinegar solution for 2 min. The average kill rate against natural bacteria on kitchenware, such as table top, chopping block, knife, cupboard, porcelain bowl and the surface of refreshing box of the refrigerator were all above 0.9720 when cleaning and polishing with vinegar solution for 10min. The bactericidal efficacy of vinegar against natural bacteria in room air was enhanced with fumigating duration prolonged (F=1212.13, 5024.46; P.05), while lowered when there were persons in it (t=5.08-30.48, P.05). The content of acetic acid in vinegar dropped by 8.372 g/L when it was stored at 54℃(relative humidity 0.75) for 14 days.

The primary aim of this experment was to make clear the photosynthetic characteristics of eggplant.The photosynthetic charateristics of different varieties, nodes, growth and development stages and the effects of photo, CO2 concentration and temperature on Pn of own-rooted seedlings in eggplant;the photosynthetic charateristics of grafted seedlings that cions were grafted on rootstocks; the effects of low temperature(10/5 ,day/night) and poor light(60mol.m-2.s-1 and l20mol.m-2.s-1) on photosynthetic and other physiological characteristics of own-rooted seedlings in eggplant with four and five leaves were studed.

The objectives of this study are to assess the effect of applying EDTA on the phytoremediation of metals-contaminated soils and to assess the interactions among three metals in multiple metals-contaminated soils. Different applying methods with same amounts of EDTA are also used in this study to assess their effect on the metal concentration in the shoot of plant and on reducing the potential risk of groundwater contamination.

Results showed that there were significantly positive linear correlations between the toxic effects(probits of mortality and inhibition rate) of chlorpromazine on the two aquatic organisms and the concentrations of chlorpromazine, and the toxic intensity became higher as the exposure time increased. The LC50 values of chlorpromazine acting on Carassius auratus in 24, 48 and 96h were 1.11, 0.43 and 0.32mg·L-1, respectively; and its safe concentration for Carassius auratus was 19.5μg·L-1. The LC50 and EC50 (50% of the tested Daphnia magna inhibited) values of chlorpromazine acting on Daphnia magna in 24h were 0.65 and 0.57mg·L-1, and the LC50 and EC50 values in 48h were 0.36 and 0.28mg·L-1, respectively. Thus, chlorpromazine have high toxicity to Carassius auratus and Daphnia magna, and the latter is more sensitive to chlorpromazine.

The TiO2 thin film on quartz glass is prepared by Liquid Phase Deposition method. The thicknesses of the films are determined by a spectrophotometer. The influence factors on the thicknesses such as ultrasonic vibration, times of sedimentation, sedimentation time and concentration of TiO2 colloid are investigated. A mathematical model of sedimentation is set up on the basis of gas adsorption theory.A photocatalytic continual tub reactor is set up.
