Worn surface morphology was examined with scanning electron microscopy, and wear volume was measured with a Talysurf 5P-120 topographer. Results show that CNTs, in mass concentration of 0.01%~0.1%, can greatly improve the antiwear ability of lubricating oil. With addition of CNTs, the maximum reduction of wear rate is about 57%, and scratches on the worn surfaces become slighter and more uniform. The maximum decrease of friction coefficient is about 15% with 0.025% CNTs additive at the load of 300 N. The antiwear mechanism has been discussed.

The results showed that:The reductions in the shoot and root dry weights, leaf area,stern diameter of grafted plants were lower than those of ungrafted plants under the same NaCl stress.Na~+,MDA,H_2O_2 contents,O_2~- producing rate,Na~+/K~+ ratio, Na~+/Ca~(2+) ratio were lower,whereas K~+,solube sugar,shoot water content,SOD,POD, CAT,APX activity,the stability of AsA/DHA,Photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in the leaf of grafted plants were higher than those of ungrafted plants at the same NaCl stress.Intercellular CO_2 concentration of grafted plants decreased whereas that of ungrafted plants increased significantly under salt stress.

The results showed that supplying lysine coated with the polyoxylateⅣand hydrogenated vegetable tallow in the rumen could significantly improve the concentration of plasma free lysine in the jugular vein (11.18ug/ml)(P<0.05), which is about 66.61% of that with duodenal infusions of lysine(16.97ug/ml). The concentrations of free lysine were 7.31ug/ml and 8.00ug/ml with the basal diets and supplementing of Lys in the rumen respectively.

The results show that a little amount of heteropolymolybdovanadophosphate can remarkably speed the degradation, the best conditions of the oxidative degradation of chitosan with hydrogen peroxide catalized by heteropolymolybdovanadophosphate in homogeneous condition are as follows: the ratio of catalyst and chitosan is 1 to 10, concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 0.15%, the temperature is 80℃, reaction time is 2h. 0.2g chitosan was degraded under the best condition and the molecular weight by viscometry was degraded from 1460000 to 7812. then water-soluble chitosan was obtained by this method; The heterogeneous method is a high efficient way, the best condition of this method are as follows: the ratio of catalyst and chitosan is 2 to 100, the volume of 30% hydrogen peroxide is about 3mL, the temperature is 90℃, reaction time is 5min~30min.
