Fluorine is one of crucial chemical elements to human health and can be tested in almost every parts of a healthy human body. Overloading of fluorine may cause dental and/or skeletal fluorosis, while in fluorine deficiency areas, fluoride drinking water supply or other methods of fluoridation may greatly reduce the ratio of dental caries of local residents. Researches on relation between fluorine concentration in drinking water and the ratio of human dental caries as well as the evaluation on efficacy of drinking water fluoridation have been lasted for 6 decades.

The tests have Simulated the rainstorm state and the order state, and the results indicated the disposal of microorganisms-aquatic plant system is efficient. The optimization removal rate time was ascertained under the static state test, in dynamic test, comparing and analyzing the effect on removal rates of different concentration wastewater. The results showed, without aeration, the removal rate of CODCr, TN was 85.9%,75.1%, respectively, the highest removal rate of TP was 64.6%, and the concentration of DO increased steadily from 2mg/L to 7mg/L during experiment. In dynamic test, the microorganisms-aquatic plant systems have also appeared better effect on freshet, and the removal rate of TN,TP and CODCr, was 64%,69% and 81%, respectively.
利用接种高效微生物菌剂促进填料快速挂膜,并和水生植物联合作用去除水体中的氮磷等污染物,在静态水体下研究达到最佳去除效率的时间,并在连续流试验下对比分析不同浓度下的去除效率,根据静态模拟试验结果表明,在不曝气,自然复氧条件下,CODCr和TN的最终去除率分别为84.3%和71.4%,TP最高去除率为62.9%,DO也从2mg/L稳定的升高到7mg/L左右;在连续流模拟试验结果表明,该系统对雨后入湖的河水中TN、TP及CODcr的去除率分别稳定在近64%,69%和81%以上。

The radical scavenging activity of Laminaria japonica pigments was studied by the DPPH2,2-Diphenyl~(-1-picrylhydrazylassay. The total pigments showed a strong DPPH radical scavenging activity of 65.819% with the concentration of 0.52mg.ml~(-1). The DPPH radical scavenging activity of fucoxanthin was 19.85% with the concentration of 0.27mg.ml~(-1). The antimicrobial activity of pigment in Laminaria japonica was studied by the method of round paper. The results showed that the pigment extracts have activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Saricina flava and Saccharomyes cerevisia. The antibacterial activity of total pigments for Saccharomyes cerevisia was the strongest with an inhibition diameter of 18.9 mm; and the antibacterial activity of fucoxanthin for Saricina flava was also much significant with an inhibition diameter of 10.2 mm.

The effects of different factors on the laser-induced graft polymerization on the PET surface were analyzed, and the mechanisms were discussed. The factors were: 1 Monomers with smaller molecules resulted in better modification than polymeric monomers. Acrylamide monomer was chosen as hydrophilic modifier finally; 2 Higher concentration of the monomer solution favored the graft reaction; 3 With the increasing laser fluence, the surface hydrophilicity of PET films increased at first, then decreased. More laser pulses led to a more hydrophilic surface; 4 Benzophenone as a photosensitizer hindered the graft polymerization; 5 The homopolymer retardant of ammonium iron sulfate hexahydrate in a proper concentration retarded the formation of homopolymers and promotes the graft copolymerization; 6 The solvent of monomer solution also affected the graft reaction. Different solvents functioned in different ways. Ethanol can promote the graft reaction because of the activity of hydrogen in its structure; 7 pH value of the monomer solution affects the polymerization rate, and a lower pH value was favorable to the graft reaction.
