Abstract］ objective to explore the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of small bowel diverticular surgical complication.methods 24 cases of small bowel diverticular were retrospectively analysed.results the diagnosis was made preoperatively in 4 duodenal diverticula and only 1 jejunal diverticula.clinical complications included obstruction in 11 cases,bleeding in 4 cases,perforation in 4 cases.23 cases were cured.1 case was died of mof.all the diverticular with complications had histopathological signs of inflammation and 3 had signs of ulcer and 4 had the resected.conclusion the small bowel diverticular is rare.it may diagnose except common reason underwent gastrointestinal bleeding or obstruction.the gi is an effective way of examinations.operation is effective for small bowel diverticular disease.

回顾性分析24例小肠憩室病外科并发症的临床资料。结果术前6例十二指肠憩室中4例确诊，18例空回肠憩室仅1例确诊。小肠憩室伴小肠梗阻11例，憩室出血4例，憩室穿孔4例。23例治愈，1例死于多脏器功能衰竭。有并发症的憩室病理都有炎症表现，5例有溃疡，4例有异位黏膜组织。结论小肠憩室病比较少见。在胃肠出血或梗阻的情况下，可采取对常见原因排除的方法进行诊断。在不需要急诊手术的情况下，钡餐造影是最有效的检查。手术是可靠有效的治疗方法。

The anatomical detect skill and mosquito clamp cross technique to peel off invasived vascular were adopted.58patients were undergone pancreatico duodenectomy,and the rate of resects was95%.The cases of near to the invasived vascular malignant tissue was41,and the cases of the lymph node metastasis was27,and the cases of around pancreatic nerve was30.1case died of bleeding,and the morbidity of complication was found in14cases,and no patients occurred fistula.

病例报告］回顾性分析 2003年9月―2006年6月间收治的61例壶腹部周围癌病人临床资料，采用解剖性探查及纹式钳勾划技术，给58例病人施行了一次性胰十二指肠切除术，手术切除率为95%，其中41例癌细胞侵入周边大血管，27例发生淋巴结转移，30例癌细胞侵入胰周神经丛。58例手术患者中围手术期死亡1例，出现并发症者为14例，未见并发胰漏及胆漏病例。

Patients' symptoms were assessed in accordance with Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (partsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were respectively used to evaluate mental activity, activities of daily living, motor nerve characteristics, complication therapy), International Cooperative Ataxia Rating Scale (including gait, cooperative ataxia, dysarthrosis, ocular dyscinesia), Activities of Daily Living Scale and mini-mental state examination.

Methods: The coated metallic stents were introduced by direct observation of endoscopy for 30 patients with cancerous esophagotracheal fistula. The all 30 cases of the patients were associated with pulmonary infection,dystrophia and choke before the operation. The success rate of the implantation,complication rate and curative effect were observed after the operation. Results: The first success rate of the patients was 100%. All patients could take food after the operation and the pulmonary infection was also controlled apparently. The median survive time was 10 months.
