This thesis uses DEA to compare the WANO's performance indicators among three nuclear power plants in Taiwan. We take the past 7 years'(1997-2003) data of 3 plants, there are 21 DMUs totally. Due to the importance of the nuclear power plant safety performance , we adopt the output estimation by assuming the input as a constant; Five outputs parameters such as unit capability factor, unplaned automatic scrams are chosen to proceed the comparison and get the relative efficiency. We also collect the WANO performance indicators data of the same type nuclear power plants as Taiwan in the United State during 1999-2003 to proceed the same comparison with the domestic three nuclear power plants , in order to understand the relative efficiency between two groups.

本文系利用数据包络分析法，针对台湾地区三座核能电厂之世界核能协会绩效指标的实绩进行实证比较，研究对象是以这三座电厂过去七年（1997--2003）来的实绩比较，每一年度为一个评估单位，共有21个DMUs，由於核能电厂安全绩效之重要性甚高，故本研究纯粹以产出项为考量的绩效评比方式，故将投入项设为常数；产出项则选取机组容量因数、非计划自动急停次数等五项参数，进行评比求出其相对效率；另外也收集了1999—2003年美国同型电厂之WANO绩效指标实绩进行比较，以了解国本国三座核能电厂相较於美国电厂之相对效率为何？

Objective:in order to compare the curative effects of using lamirudine and thymosin together with using thymosin only to the paients of chronic hepatitis b.methods:we had chosen 27 medical cases of chronic hepatitis b,which were divided into two groups:15 cases asone group,and 12 cases as the other group.let group a take 100 mglamirudine orally,qd,with half a year as a period of treatment.at the same time givethe patients injections of 100 mg thymosin,qd,for a month.to group b was only takenlamirudine.alt,tbil,the indicators of the virosis of hepatitis b (hbsag,hbeag,hbv-dna)were observed as quatos.results: at the end of the treatment, the rates that groupa and group b made hbsag transform into negative were respectively 26.67% and 16.67%(p＞0.05);hbeag:33.33%,8.33%;hbv-dna:53.33%,33.33%(p＞0.05).conclusion:combining thymic peptide with 3tc to treat chronic type b hepatitis, thymic peptide will not only promote b-cell to mature and transformation, but also to keep the subpopulation of t-cell in immune system in balance, which can enhance the reaction of matured t-cell to the antigen or other stimulus.

目的：比较拉米夫定（3tc）与胸腺肽联用和单用拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎患者27例，分为联合组15例和拉米夫定组12例；联合组用拉米夫定100 mg，口服，qd，疗程半年，合并用胸腺肽100 mg，静滴，qd，疗程1个月。拉米夫定组单用拉米夫定。以谷丙转氨酶、血清胆红素、乙肝病毒标志物(hbsag，hbeag，hbv-dna)为观察指标，比较不同治疗方案对指标的影响。结果：治疗结束时联合组与拉米夫定组对慢性乙肝患者血清hbsag阴转率分别是26.67％和16.67％(p＞0.05)；hbeag阴转率分别是33.33％和8.33％(p＞0.05)；hbv-dna阴转率分别是53.33％和33.33％(p＞0.05)。结论：胸腺肽联合3tc治疗慢乙肝，胸腺肽具有促进t淋巴细胞的成熟和转化，并维持免疫系统各t淋巴细胞亚群间的平衡作用，能增强成熟t淋巴细胞对抗原或其他刺激的反应。

In the chapter 3, the antenna is designed based on the concept of planar inverted-F antenna. Furthermore, that the antenna structure have two radiant paths and coupled each other at tail end to do impedance matching is similar to chapter 2. But there is a difference in them. We can choose the short position to change input impedance at this structure. In the chapter 4, the antenna is designed based on the concept of planar inverted-F antenna which takes coupled-fed. It will produce the first mode and high-order mode near the frequency, 900MHz. The feature of this type is to reduce the volume effectually. This antenna can not only cover GSM900/DCS/PCS/UMTS operation but maintain good radiation efficiency. Finally, we will compare three antennas, and develop procedure with industrial view, and propose the prospect of the GSM/GPRS antenna in PND, as a conclusion.

在第二章中，我们使用单极天线设计概念，使用双路径架构并於末端耦合来对天线阻抗做匹配，产生涵盖GSM900/DCS/PCS/UMTS四频操作频带，并提高与接地面的辐射高度，以避免电容效应，使天线具有良好的辐射特性；在第三章中，使用倒F形天线设计概念，使用双路径架构於末端耦合，并於辐射臂上采取适当接地点电感效应作输入阻抗匹配，达成涵盖GSM900/DCS/PCS/UMTS系统的四个操作频带；在第四章中，采用倒F形架构并使用耦合馈入方式，使得长辐射金属臂在低频900 MHz附近产生共振，产生低频基频模态及高阶模态，以达成宽频及频宽涵盖GSM900/DCS/PCS/UMTS频带操作，并有效缩减使用体积；最后，分别比较此三种架构的优缺点，再加以业界角度来思考，研发产品天线的流程及思考方向，以及天线应用於可携式导航装置中未来的展望作为本论文的总结。

另外，透过了反转录聚合链锁反应(reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction， RT-PCR)观察spleen中CD8/CD4 maker的mRNA表现量比较TH1/TH2 balance的倾向，发现经过胱胺处理后的确TH1相关的CD8 maker的mRNA比例量有大幅度上升，间接证明SLE倾向於TH2有被反转，而在Treg的特异性 maker方面CD25/ Foxp3之mRNA之比例也有大量上升，T cell的活性化maker CD40L也减少了mRNA的表现量，同时证实了SLE免疫倾向的反转，及发炎情况的减少及Treg cell的大量诱发。
