Objective:To study the effect of three methods for treatment of closed fracture of the distal tibia.

Methods 21 cases with fracture of femora are all fresh fracture, 16 cases with open reduction and 5 cases with closed reduction are applied interlocking intramedullary nailing.

The study shows that the pressure transient curve of fractured wells in closed circular formation can be divided into six different flow regimes. In condition of the same fracture opening width and fracture length, compared to rectangular fracture, the pressure drop with tapered fracture is bigger, and the dimensionless pressure and pressure derivative curves are higher. In condition of the same fracture opening permeability, compared to linear declining and constant conductivity fractures, the pressure drop with exponential declining conductivity fracture is the biggest, and the dimensionless pressure and pressure derivative curves are the highest.

Methods From January 2001 to December 2006, Orthofix external fixators were used to treat 28 patients with comminuted fracture of distal tibiofibula, of which, 11 cases were open fracture, and 17 were closed one.

结果：开放截骨模型每只造模成功率90%，平均造摸时间为17min，骨折畸形愈合及不愈合率40%；闭合骨折模型每只造模成功率85%，平均造模时间12min，未见畸形愈合及不愈合。

objective to assess the effects to utilize minitype plate internal fixation in radial head fracture of mason ⅲ.methods 10 cases of patients with closed radial head fracture under went minitype plate internal fixation by open reduction,and the functional evaluation of elbow was carried out by the pain,stability,myodynamia of elbow,together with the elbow joint score of broberg and morrey.results in 10 case of patients with 12～24 months follow up(average time 20 months),the elbow joint mean score is 58(30～90) with excellent case 1,good 4,poor 5,and the fineness rate is 50％.conclusion it is failed to treat complicated radial head fracture by minitype plate internal fixation,while maybe it is better to resect or replace radial head for these types.

目的 评价微型钢板治疗masonⅲ型桡骨小头骨折的临床效果。方法对10 例masonⅲ型骨折进行微型钢板内固定，根据患者肘关节活动疼痛、稳定性和肌力情况，依照broberg和morrey肘关节评分标准进行功能评价。结果 10 例患者随访12～24个月，平均20个月，肘关节平均评分58 分(30～90)分，其中优1 例，良4 例，差5 例，优良率50％。结论切开复位微型钢板内固定治疗复杂的masonⅲ型桡骨小头骨折，不能取得良好的临床效果，如果要获得较好的肘关节活动和早期康复，可考虑桡骨小头切除或置换。

结果 24例枪伤中，20例一期缝合伤口，均一期愈合，另外4例只清创未一期缝合的伤口，3例愈合，1例感染；4例骨折内固定均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。16例炸伤病人局部软组织损伤及污染比枪弹伤重，14例一期缝合伤口中，10例一期愈合，4例感染，骨折内固定2例，均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。结论寒冷干燥地区火器伤早期伤道清创时限可适当延长，在平时火器伤的救治中，对软组织条件较好的创面，早期清创后可一期闭合伤口和骨折内固定，这样可减少感染和伤残，促进康复。寒冷干燥地区；火器伤；早期救治
