ABSTRACT It is because that the excellent acceptors for maize transgenic engineering are insufficient in our country, especially in the southwest mountain areas of china and hereditary variation regularity for the two characters such as efficiency of embryonic callus induction and number of regenerating plant (these two characters were abbreviated to the nduction efficiency and number of regenerating in the following of the paper, respectively), which hint the maize culturing capacity, is not very clear. Therefore, aiming at picking out superior acceptors, we had made systematic researches on the two characters with combing traditional quantitative-character genetic analyzing methods such as single-factor genetic mating design, diallel crossing genetic design, genetic effect analyzing method and the modern molecular locating method such as QTLs'. The main results are followed.(1) 50 superior inbred lines and about 30 crosses in our country, especially in the southwest of China were used for identifying and selecting the superior genotypes in the above two investigated characters under the same culturing condition in 2000 and 2001. There was very significant difference among the genotypes in the both characters. But the two characters were not certainly related. Some genotypes such as 18-599 and 18-599 were very good in them. For some ones such as zong 31, induction was higher than 18-599 and 18-599 in the efficiency, but it was only 1/3 to the later in regenerating number. In some genotypes such as S37, R08, R15, P138, A318, induction efficiency was just about 3% and scarcely any regenerating plants were got. On the whole, hybrids acted better than inbreeds in the both characters.(2) Two kind of inbreeds were selected as parents of the Griffing's method 1. 18-599 and 18-599 and the inbred line zong 31 are one kind because they are not only superior in the characters of maize cross breeding, such as CA, resistance to disease and the important agricultural characters, but also excellent in transformation characters as the induction and regeneration.
针对我国、特别是西南山地所需玉米转基因工程育种优良受体极为匮乏和反应玉米幼胚培养能力的2个主要性状,即玉米幼胚胚性愈伤组织诱导率和胚性愈伤组织绿苗发生数的遗传变异规律十分不清楚的实际情况,本研究从筛选玉米转基因工程所需要的优良受体入手,采用单因素遗传交配设计、双列杂交遗传交配设计、世代基因效应等传统数量性状分析方法,以及现代分子标记定位主效QTL分析方法,对玉米幼胚胚性愈伤组织诱导率和胚性愈伤组织绿苗发生数等2个性状进行了较为系统的分析研究,取得以下主要研究结果:(1)于2000年和2001年通过对我国、特别是西南地区近50份优良自交系和近30个杂交组合,在相同培养条件下,对幼胚培养胚性愈伤组织诱导率和胚性愈伤组织绿苗发生数等2个幼胚培养能力性状进行了筛选与鉴定,发现玉米不同基因型具有完全不同的幼胚培养胚性愈伤组织诱导率和胚性愈伤组织绿苗发生数,但幼胚培养胚性愈伤组织诱导率与胚性愈伤组织绿苗发生数并不具有必然的相关关系,有的基因型,如自交系18-599和18-599在胚性愈伤组织诱导率和愈伤组织绿苗发生数等2个性状都表现相当优异;有的基因型,如自交系综31,仅幼胚培养胚性愈伤组织诱导率性状表现高于19-599和18-599,但在胚性愈伤组织绿苗发生数这一性状则与它们有相当大的差距,仅为19-599和18-599的1/3左右;有的基因型,如S37、R08、R15、P138、A318等玉米自交系不仅幼胚培养胚性愈伤组织诱导率很低,平均仅在3%左右,而且胚性愈伤组织绿苗发生数表现也很差,基本上没有分化成苗。

Two series of polyurethane acrylate grafted acrylic resins (Acr-g-TPU-PETA and Acr-gPPU-PETA) self-emulsifying systems are obtained by grafting -NCO group modified polyurethane acrylates with acrylic copolymer prepared from n-butyl acrylate, styrene,βhydroxyethyl methacrylate and acrylic acid The self-emulsifying systems showed Newtonian fluidity with viscosity closed to that of water, the solid contents were around 30% The T〓 of 15~4℃ for dried film before photocuring favored film formation at room temperature DSC and DMA results showed that PU-PETA is compatible with acrylic resin in the grafted resin The TG and dTG curves for Acr-g-PU-PETA samples were substantially different from the corresponding blends, and the brodened dTG peaks for photocured grafted resin suggest that there might be multiple interactions among chain segments The photocued film of the grafted resins self-emulsifying system exhibited good overall properties with polyurethane acrylate grafts ranging from 30% to 50%, and Acr-g-TPU-PETA series showed better properties than Acr-gPPU-PETA series The adhesion of the photocured film was 1~2 grade, impact strength was 50kg-cm and flexibility was 1mm The Shore hardness and the adhesion of the film decreased markedly if PETA was replaced by HEMA as photoactive group due to the lower C=C double bond content in the grafted resin The polyhydroxy amine-linked thioxanthones photoinitiators can be evenly dispersed in self-emulsifying system without color spot appearing in the dried film The films photocured with IV〓~IV〓 generally exhibited higher Shore hardness, gloss and solventresistance than that cured with Irgacure 2959 and did not induce the rusting of the iron substrate Pigmenting with titanium oxide had no effect on the photocuring The polyhydroxy amine-linked thioxanthone IV〓 and IV〓 can be new candidates for the formulation of titanium oxide pigmented photocurable water-borne coatings for their pale-yellow appearance and slight interference with the color of the coatings WB 4759 with high water-solubility coalesced and separated from the dried resin film, and even induced the rusting of iron substrate.

This paper mainly includes two parts The first part falls into three main sections. First, it analyses the formative causes of the Chinese traditional house interior display art through five aspects, including the structure and forms of Chinese traditional architecture, the productive mode of Chinese traditional society, Chinese traditional philosophy, the idea of ethics and grading and custom of Chinese traditional society. Second, it briefly introduces the history of Chinese traditional house interior display art's development. Finally, it focuses on the analysis of Chinese traditional house interior display art's design ideas and concludes that its design ideas embodies the five sides as follows: respect for nature and imitate artfully nature, practical-oriented and function incorporated into form, images of space of what the theory and practice forms, balanced natural pattern of the display, artifacts with the thoughts and respect for poetic imagery. Another part of the article further researches on the application of Chinese traditional house interior display ideas to the contemporary home display, and leads to the author's view, that is that each era should has its own character when it inherits the traditional culture. What's more, the contemporary Chinese-style home display design not only have to take over the spirit of the tradition but also have to give full consideration of the contemporary aesthetic concepts, principles and methods. In the 21st century, humanistic care is greatly proponed in the interior design. The interior display art should develop towards the ecological, personalized and comfortable direction and the cultural dimensions. It should absorb the traditional cultural elements to decorate contemporary living space. In order to upgrade the simple and primary "appearance likeness" to a higher level of "spirit likeness", it must effectively grasp the poetic imagery of space, which can reach the artistic effect of "both appearance and spirits".

The expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA and the activity of SOD and NOS in uterus were elevated with preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion and the influence on the activity of SOD and NOS was mainly refected in 12th and 16th month. It indicated that preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion on Guanyuan point could relieve the abnormal activity of center of stress, promote the expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA and the activity of SOD and NOS in uterus so as to maintain the normal structure and function and prolong the retrograde degeneration of uterus. It might be one of mechanisms of protecting uterus with preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion.

The PCR products were examined by agarose gel electrophoresis. The target gene fragments were purified by gel extraction kit and ligated to cloning vector pMD18-T. The recombinant vectors were transformed into host strain E. coli K802 by lithium chloride method, screened and identified with PCR and restrictive enzymatic digestion. Their sequences were confirmed by DNA sequencing.(2) sTWEAK1 gene was subcloned into expression vector pProEx HTb and transformed into E. coli BL21. sTWEAK2 gene was subcloned into expression vector pMAL-C2x and transformed into E. coli TB1. The recombinant vectors were screened and identified with PCR and restrictive enzymatic digestion. The recombinant fusion proteins were induced to express with IPTG, detected by coomassie brilliant blue-stained SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis , and confirmed by Western blot analysis.(3) The sTWEAK1 fusion protein was purified with Ni-NTA Spin Kit.(4) The biological activity was assayed on transformed and tumor cells by microplate photometer after crystal violet or sulfur rodamine B staining.(5) The contents of IL-8 in the supernatant of 1990 cell cultures were determined by ELISA.(6) The morphological changes of the sensitive cells were observed by light and transmission electron microscopies.(7) The cell cycle and apoptotic rate were assayed by flow cytometry in 1990 and M85 cells.(8) The effect of fusion proteins on induction of NF-κB in 1990 and LOVO cells was detected with Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay system.(9) The TWEAK gene was subcloned into Adeno-X Viral DNA with pShuttle vector and transfected into HEK293 cells by lipofectamine method.
