The conclusions were as follows: theνO-H andνC=O IR absorption maxima shifted towards higher wave numbers after imprinting 17β-estradiol on TFMAA-co-TRIM copolymer with the red shift of theνO-H groups being apparent after precipitation polymerization for 16h while that forνC=O groups being observed after polymerization for 24h. A strong interaction between TFMAA and 17β-estradiol was confirmed by the high selectivity for 17β-estradiol, as indicted by the values of the separation factor of isomers of 17β-estradiol/17α-estradiol (2.28) and the imprinted factor (3.01). Particle diameter of TFMAA-co-TRIM polymer was between 300 nm and 1.5μm, which suited well for solid phase sorbent throughout at low column pressure. The recognition of imprinting TFMAA-co-TRIM polymer for sterol molecules was driven by enthalpy eluted with acetronitile, and low temperature was in favor of the separation of sterol structure analogues on imprinting column. TFMAA-co-TRIM polymer possessed of determinate anti-heat stability, with melting point beginning at 255.84℃, Tp=257.40℃, control TFMAA-co-TRIM polymer and imprinting TFMAA-co-TRIM polymer were respectively decompounded at 267.79℃and 343.11℃, and solid micro-extraction noddle prepared by the special polymerization also showed definite recognition for 17β-estradiol by GC/MS detecting at 270℃. By selection of various washing and elution solvents, elution reagents of close polymerization system were of more advantage in template molecules retention and recognition on molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column. At a certain extent, progesterone, 17α-estradiol, 17β-estradiol and 4-androstene-3, 17-dione could be intercepted on the MISPE column. Especially, MISPE had high selectivity for progesterone, and imprinting TFMAA-co-TRIM polymer could achieve adsorption balance within 50 min by absorption kinetics test for 17β-estradiol. However, MISPE column showed better selectivity and enrichment property for 17β-estradiol than C18 and CSPE columns according to the data from HPLC and GC/MS analyses. Recovery of 17β-estradiol on MISPE column was up to 85.5% while when prime extracting solution of milk powder was sampled, the recovery of CSPE and C18 columns were 43.7% and 30.7%, respectively.

Firstly, based on literature review and qualitative surveys, the modified risk factors that affecting the effect of hypertension management in the underdeveloped rural area were identified, the specific questionnaire and SIPHF were developed, and the first cross-sectional study was conducted. Secondly, the surveyed population were then divided into intervention group and control group, and periodic health education and following up were conducted to the intervention group for six months; Thirdly, the second cross-sectional study was conducted to evaluate the effect of intervention by qualitative and quantitative survey, the indicators include the knowledge awareness rate and the right belief rate for hypertension control, and the behavior prevalence related to hypertension intervention, the disease burden, the life quality and clinical outcomes resulted from hypertension, the dynamic tendency of blood pressure and the patients\' satisfaction. And the factors related to the effect of hypertension management was evaluated; Finally, SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting the intervention process and effect, based on the results of qualitative and quantitative surveys on the factors related to effect of the intervention, and to provide evidence-based suggestions for SIPHF improvement and policy-making in the underdeveloped rural area in China.

The statistic properties of the sample variance are discussed and the relation between the estimation precision and sample size under given confidence level is derived; 3. The theory and algorithm of detection and identification of measurement bias are presented, which is based on the relation between residual mean and noise mean. Producted RF and CRF aerogels by process of sol-gel technics, dynamic-exchange, CO2 supercritical drying, and procedural increase in temperature carbonization methods, which have eximious capability and nanometer network structure; Systemic analysis various factors which effect gel course, such as ratio of reactants and the dosage of catalyst, and probed into the better experiments conditions(the concentration of resorcinol and formaldehyde is more than 2% and the value of R/C is between 50 and 300); During gel course , primary investigated the viscosity curve and particle size distribution of sol-solution, and analyzed the reason of catalyst dosage effects particle size of gel, and confirmed that the up-growth of gel follows the theory of " polymerize increase ".The experiment results indicated that ultrasonic with unvarying temperature disposal shortened gel time and optimized quality of gels, and the factors of ultrasonic effect gel reaction velocity were analyzed; Prepared organic aerogels using compounds of resorcin and hydroquinone substitute resorcinol reacts with formaldehyde the first time, and also optimized the proportion of resorcinol and hydroquinone (the proportion of hydroquinone in 10%~40%).

Fist, comprehensive analysis on the current study on data processing is made, and characters of Newton methods about nonlinear surveying and mapping data processing are discussed, and then new solutions to parameters estimate with multi-sources, multi-types, multi-dimension, multi-precision bynonlinear least square are presented such as PSB algorithm, digital continuation and generalized digital continuation algorithm, cone model method, tensor analysis method, GCMA(mixed algorithm of gradient method and conjugate gradient method), combining algorithm based on Newton method and gradient method and confidence region and so on, and a new fast difference iterative algorithm is proposed towards parameters estimation containing random parameters in nonlinear models, and a new solutions to nonlinear least squares surveying and mapping adjustment by parameters estimation both considering the random and nonrandom parameters is presented after studying on nonlinear data processing in deformation monitoring, and at last primary analysis on error propagation of spatial data is made and approximate error propagation formula and error analysis formula to length and area are proposed.
