objective to study the clinical features and law of injuries in sichuan earthquake-stricken area.methods register details of the patients,count and analyses the external factors and clinical features of injuries with the international classification of diseases-10(icd-10).results the main external factors of injuries were "hit by object" and "squeezed by object".the first 5 categories of the injuries were tibiofibula fracture(158 cases,13.37％),pelvis fracture(122 cases,10.32％),vertebral column fracture(120 cases,9.98％),femoral fracture(109 cases,9.22％),and forearm fracture/ disjointure(106 cases,8.97％).conclusion it's important to study the clinical features and injuries in earthquake-stricken area,for unseeing and distributing medical resource rationally.

目的 研究四川汶川地震所致伤员的伤情特点和规律。方法对我院收治患者进行登记，采用国际疾病分类方法(icd-10)统计、分析其损伤的外部因素、疾病分类及构成情况。结果本组患者主要损伤外部原因为被物体击中和被物体挤压。疾病构成前5位为：胫腓骨骨折158 例(13.37％)，骨盆骨折122 例(10.32％)，脊柱骨折120 例(10.15％)，股骨骨折109 例(9.22％)，前臂骨折/脱位106 例(8.97％)。结论深入研究地震所致伤员的伤情特点，对合理使用、调配医疗资源，更好地为灾民提供医疗服务有重要的指导意义。

Therapeutic effect in both groups was observed 7,14 days later.results there was no significant difference in clinical effective rate, healing state of the ulcer and blood sugar index between two groups (p＞0.05).the treatment group was superior to control group in amelioration of acroanesthesia, pain, skin temperature,skin color,a/b index (p＜0.05).the effect of improving the pulse of dorsal artery of foot in both groups was not certain.the patients in both groups were well tolerant,except for part of patients with adverse reactions of mild or moderate degree.conclusion the clinical efficacy and safety of clearing heat and removing dampness method is similar to that of routine administration of antibiotics in treating diabetic foot infection.the former is superior to antibiotics in improving clinical symptoms.

结果 2组临床有效率、溃疡愈合状况、血糖指标等比较差异无显著意义(p＞0.05)。清热利湿药物联合抗生素在改善糖尿病足麻木、疼痛、皮温、皮色、踝/肱指数等方面优于单用抗生素(p＜0.05)。2组治疗前后足背动脉搏动方面疗效不确切。除了部分轻、中度患者病情波动外，治疗期间均有良好的耐受。结论在治疗糖尿病足感染方面，清热利湿方与通常应用的抗生素疗效相近，在改善症状方面优于抗生素。

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
