The concept of psychology suggestion based on video superposing is introduced,together with its application value and outlook in psychological warfare.In order to encode suggested information effectively and impact the psychology of psywar object,an effectiveness process model of psychology suggestion based on video superposing is proposed,that is,psychology influencing mechanism of suggested information,including stage of attention priming,cognitive decoding and emotional-attitude effecting.Finally,the factors related to every psychology process is analyzed.

本文从全球股灾的教训及近年来我国证券投资者生存现状出发，从理论和实践两个角度论述了加强投资者教育以提高我国投资者在投资过程中的自我保护能力的重要性；采用调查问卷的方法，从投资者的知识、心理、行为三个构面，从入市动机、证券投资知识、风险意识、投资理念、交易行为、投资决策依据及投资业绩等七个影响因素来考察了我国投资者的投资行为；针对这些投资者的行为特征，从情感心理偏差、社会心理偏差和认知心理偏差三个构面，从过度自信、损失厌恶、保守性偏差、过度恐惧、选择性偏差、赌博心理与自我归因、对政策的依赖性偏差以及暴富心理等影响因素出发对我国投资者的认知偏差，以及产生这些偏差的原因进行了分析，探讨了投资者在投资决策时的几个约束条件，即信息约束、知识约束、心理约束、资金约束以及外部条件约束。

研究二运用《高校辅导员心理辅导胜任力现状调查》和《高校辅导员心理辅导胜任力现状调查》对武汉6所高校的40名辅导员和300多名大学生实施调查，以辅导员的性别、年龄、学校、学历、专业，以及担任辅导员的年限、是否参加相关心理辅导的培训和是否获得过优秀辅导员称号为分组变量，讨论不同组别的辅导员各项胜任力水平的差异，验证了三个假设，结果表明：(1)学校：不同高校的辅导员心理辅导胜任力水平存在显著的差异，其中教育观念、外在动机和内在动机等方面差异非常显著；(2)专业：整体上，不同专业的辅导员心理辅导胜任力水平不存在显著的差异，但在教育观念、心理辅导技巧、外在动机和内在动机等因子上存在显著差异；(3)工作年限：整体上不存在显著的工作年限差异，但在心理辅导技巧、特殊能力、自我效能感和情感等因子上存在显著差异；(4)是否参加心理辅导培训：参加过培训的辅导员的胜任力水平整体上高于未参加过培训的辅导员，但并不显著，只在知识结构和心理辅导技巧上差异显著；(5)是否获得过优秀辅导员称号：总体上不存在显著的差异，但获得过优秀称号的辅导员胜任力水平在一般能力和性格两个因子上明显比较高；(6)辅导员的心理辅导胜任力水平与其性别、年龄、学历三个变量上各因子的显著性程度都未达到。05，属于不显著的水平。

In short, this explorative study for self-identity concept, theory and practice is for the purpose of (1) trying to unitarily understand self-identity concept, in turn to minutely examine the new development of self-identity theory, and to introduce self-identity theories and research methods in western psychology to domestic psychology in order to cause the interest of domestic psychologist to self-identity thesis; and (2) through the empirical study on self-identity of college student, revealing the meaning of self-identity to student development, and the personality characteristics of self-identity status of student, and the characteristics and influential factors of student self-identity development, and the relationship between student self-identity status and mental health condition in order to provide the measurement of empirical study and systematic study data for self-identity researches, in turn to provide basis of theory and method for setting up the theoretical model of Chinese students self-identity; and (3) making up the gaps in empirical researches on self-identity in domestic psychology, opening up a new research domain in colleges and universities student psychology, and enrich the theory on student development researches.

总之，本文对自我同一性概念、理论和实践进行探索性研究，旨在(1)尝试对自我同一性作整合统一的理解并在此基础上，详细考察自我同一性理论的新发展，试图将西方心理学自我同一性理论的发展引入国内心理学，以引起国内学者更多的关注；(2)通过对大学生自我同一性的研究，揭示自我同一性对大学生发展的含义、大学生自我同一性状态的人格特征、大学生自我同一性发展的特征和影响因素、大学生自我同一性状态与心理健康水平的关系，进而为自我同一性的研究提供实证研究的测量工具以及系统的实证资料，为建立中国大学生自我同一性的理论模型提供理论和方法上的基础；(3)弥补国内自我同一性实证研究的空白，开辟大学生心理学研究的新领域，丰富大学生发展研究的理论；(4)当代大学生自我同一性问题的研究既是青年心理学、教育心理学和学校心理学的重要课题，也能为大学生发展和大学教育实践提供心理学依据，特别是在强调创新教育和推进大学素质教育的今天具有重要的实践意义。

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
