Chest-computed tomography showed left upper lung tumor and primary pulmonary adenocarcinoma was confirmed after CT-guided biopsy. She was placed under treatment with Genfitinib. Recurrent iris tumor mass was noted during follow-up, and chest CT revealed shrinkage of adenocarcinoma.
