While China property law is being drafted out, this dissertation discusses how to constitute and perfect the system of dissenting registration. Basted on the basic civil law theory, the dissertation tends to systematically and deeply explore the problems related to the system of dissenting Registration by comprehensive methods including analytical method, inductive method, comparative method and value analytical method, in order to provide feasible advices on legislation and judicial practice.
