On the basis of samplings from two cruises carried on in the Bohai Sea during August, 2000 and January, 2001, characteristics of nutrients and chlorophyll a distribution were analyzed.

方法］以栽培于同一生境下的4年生唐古特大黄与药用大黄为研究对象，测定2种大黄叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素及紫外吸收物质的含量，研究了在高原强紫外线辐射下2种大黄的生理适应性。

The result showed that the dry weight of plant and the weight of fruit per plant were increased by compound DTA-6 + Mo, and the yield was improved. The amount of water-soluble sugars and water-soluble protein and free amino acids were increased, thus improved the nutritional quality of the bean. At the same time, the activity of root was improved, and the content of chlorophyll and the photosynthetic rate were increased.

结果表明：显著提高单株生产力，单位面积产量均高于DTA-6、钼和清水处理；显著促进了干物质的积累，提高了根系活力和叶片叶绿素含量与光合速率；改善了甜豌豆主要营养成分如可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和氨基酸含量。
