By comparison of eight micro adsorption, A resin with high adsorption rate and eluent rate was used to adsorb chlorogenic acid from extraction solution. The adsorption parameters are: the content of chlorogenic acid is 0.204 mg per mL adsorption solution, the acidity of adsorption solution is 4, the adsorption velocity of flow is 3 mL per min, the eluent is 30% ethanol, the eluting speed is 1.5 mL per min and the eluents volume is 4 times of resin volume.
