Treating with coils as aeolotropy, this paper brings forward a set of mathematical mode for computing internal stress distribution of coil in the process of coil coiling, in which some factors are taken into account, such as the transverse distribution of shape, crown and curl tension of the strip, the friction between the strip and the reel, the friction between strips, and etc. Because the reel shrinkage and the inner circle of the strip losing radial restrain and circumferential restrain can induce interlayer slipping and the change of the whole coil compactedness , the assumption concerned ——"virtual reel" in the process of coil uncoiling is put forward, which takes the form of slow action to express the uncoiling process and, therefore clearly simulates the variation course of internal stress distribution of coil in the process of coil uncoiling.

The basic theories and methods of each part are discussed. In the designing process of Model Base System, detailed analysis is given to the models of prediction, evaluation and management in the course of security decision. Moreover, basic process and method are discussed on question generation and solution. Then, detailed explanation is provided on the integration and implement of the system. After that, it is suggested that implement of the system should be carried through the process of the system.

Another approach in enhancing the light extraction efficiency of AlGaInP LED was accomplished using a surface roughening process. In this process, the Au(170 nm)/AuBe(260 nm)/Au(170 nm) ohmic contact layers were first deposited on the GaP window layer. After the alloy annealing process (480°C for 10 min), the Be atoms will diffuse into the GaP top layer and form non-uniform clusters. The LED samples were then immersed into a mixture 3H3PO4:1H2O2:1H2O solution for 6 min, resulting in a rough GaP surface. Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
