Nutrition solution culture, ICP-AES, the differential centrifugation technique and sequential chemical extraction method, suppression subtractive hybridization , RAPD were used in this thesis to study the mechanisms of copper tolerance and accumulation by Commelina communis grown in copper mine deposit which was reported to be a Cu hyperaccumulator, compared with C. communis grown in normal soil. Several aspects were examined, including: difference of copper tolerance and accumulation between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil; difference of growth and nutrient accumunation between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil under copper treatment; physiological differences between between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil under copper treatment; subcellular distribution and chemical forms of Cu in C. communis; identification of cDNA fragments differentially expressed in C. communis grown in copper mine deposit; genetic diversity and copper tolerance of C. communis, tolerance mechanisms to copper in C. communis are discussed.

The equivalent standard pollution loadings were compared among different rigions, the results indicated that the water pollution threaten caused by agricultural non-point source pollution was more serious in the south of Jiangsu province and in Nantong than in the other rigions;The equivalentStandard pollution loading rates of different agricultural non-point source pollution in different regions were analysised by clustering analysis method,and the results indicated that Nanjing、 Wuxi、 Zhenjiang and Changzhou were polluted mainly by domestic living pollution;Xuzhou、 Suqian、 Taizhou、 Yancheng、 Lianyungang、 Huaian and Nantong were polluted mainly by chemical fertilizer pollution; Suzhou and Yangzhou were polluted corresponsively by animals feces pollution 、 domestic living pollution、 chemical fertilizer pollution and fish breeding pond pollution.

The results show that, by the way of optimizing preparation condition, the spherical zirconia powders with suitable particle size distribution are prepared using chemical precipitation method. Using heterogeneous chemical precipitation coating technique, the sph, erical nickel coated zirconia powders are prepared and the heterogeneous nucleation can be done on the surface of spherical zirconia powders. The thickness of coated layer, homogeneous degree and crack of surface can be controlled by the way of controlling powder concentration, adding rate of reactants feeding and adding surface active agent.

The choice of AlN sintering additives and five sintering technologies were analysed, namely hot pressing sintering, pressureless sintering, spark plasma sintering, microwave sintering and self-propagating sintering. The preparation processes of AlN substrate and its influencing factors were expounded.

The liquating of crystal is useful to its shape and size and a thin layer of glass will bring about which is helpful to glaze gloss. Through cross experiment design, the reasonable range of oil-drop glaze chemical composition is studied and the limitation that single special clay is added to glaze batch is broken. It is proved that using ordinary ceramic raw materials to produce oil-drop glaze is feasible if the chemical composition of glaze is reasonable and the technology control is suitable. In addition, through the experiment it is found out that proper firing rule is the critical factor that affects the oil-drop glaze decorating effect. At the same time, other technological factors, for example, the thickness of glaze layer, glazing method, the size of glaze particle, which can affect the quality of glaze surface, must be considered.
