The hot air furnace is a kind of energy conservation type furnace, composed of burner, furnace chamber, mixing room, hot air outlet and outside jacket, the diluted air in the jacket has two functions, firstly, having insulation purpose: the air belongs to inert gas, it has good insulation function for furnace body, can reach to purpose to cool/protect inside lining and reduce its thickness of furnace chamber; secondly, having preheating function: the gas in the jacket is contacted with hige temperature furnace wall, and enters the mixing room after heat absorption, then to teach the purpose of preheating and energy conservation.

热风炉由燃烧器、炉膛、混合室、热风出口和外夹套构成，是一种节能型炉型，夹套中的稀释空气有两种作用，其一，保温作用：空气属惰性气体类，对炉体有良好的保温作用，达到冷却保护和减薄炉膛内衬的目的；其二，预热作用：气体在夹套中与高温炉壁相接触，吸热后进入混合室，达到了预热节能的目的。

Flame observation: If it shown yellow in flame cone, blue around, and the opposite wall could be seen through peep hole, that means the blending ratio of air and coal gas is ok. If air excess, it shown sky blue, bright, and the wall of combustion chamber could be seen clearly but dulling.
