Objective: To detect the expression of SAMDC-mRNA in the cortex and subcortex of rat after the different time of the reperfusion following 2h focal cerebral ischemia by occlusion of MCA in order to explore the variety and signification of SAMDC-mRNA in this condition.

RESULTS: Four hours after operation, rats injected with bletilla particles developed temporary conscious disturbance, and sustained hemiparesis of contralateral limbs with spontaneous circling behavior. Ischemia or infarction was found obviously in the cortex of parietal, frontal lobes and basal nuclei of the right cerebral hemisphere, where the neurons characterized with vague outlines, pyknosis and necrosis of neuron nuclei were recognized as well. But hemiparesis and spontaneous circling behavior only lasted for 12 h after embolization with bletilla gum.

结果：白芨微粒组大鼠术后4 h内呈现意识障碍，持续性对侧肢体轻度偏瘫及环转，TTC染色显示右侧大脑半球额叶、顶叶皮层和基底核附近局灶性缺血或梗塞，光学显微镜下可见缺血区脑组织水肿或坏死，神经元轮廓模糊，核固缩或裂解等；白芨胶组仅在术后术后1 h内有轻度意识障碍，12 h内出现对侧肢体行动障碍，但未见明显病理改变。

RESULTS: Fluorescein concentrated cell presented extensively around micro-vessels after injection of both FA and FD. The speed of diffusion of FD in the brain was faster than that of FA. After FA injection, fluorescein concentrated image presented also around vessels, which developed to the distal along vessels, those in the cortex developed toward cerebral surface and those in the white substance toward ventral basicranial vessels of brain. The speed and distance were all bigger than the simple diffusion.

结果：注入FA，FD之后均可见微血管周围广泛分布荧光浓集细胞；FD在脑内扩散速度大于FA；FA注入后还出现血管周围荧光浓集影像，并沿血管通向远处，在皮质者通向脑表面，在白质者通向脑腹侧颅底血管，速度与距离均大于简单扩散。
