Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the effects of Bugan Yangsui formula on the RNA and Nissl Bodies of cerebral cortex neuron in aged dementia mice.

目的：探讨补肝养髓方对自发老年性痴呆模型皮质神经元 RNA 和 Nissl 体的影响。

Results Bugan Yangsui formula could improve the impairment of learning and memory in spontaneous aged dementia mice, and it could significantly improve the RNA metabolism of cerebral cortex neurons as well as enhance the content of Nissl bodies in a dose-dependent manner.

结果：补肝养髓方能显著改善自发老年性痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆障碍，并明显增高大脑皮质锥体细胞的 RNA 和 Nissl 体含量，而且其作用呈现出一定的量效关系。

RESULTS: The results of immunohistochemistry showed that ephrin-A5 distributed in the region of V2MM, V2ML, V2L, Au1, AuV in damaged cerebral cortex, and located in the body of neuron, cytodendrite, and somewhat in axon.

结果：免疫组化结果显示：大脑中动脉皮层支梗塞后ephrin-A5主要表达于梗死灶侧皮层的V2MM、V2ML、V2L、Au1、AuV，分布在神经元胞体、树突中，轴突亦有少量分布。
