Using semi-quantitative RT-PCR, the differential expression profiles of eleven selected genes were confirmed in the ovaries of triploid and diploid. These genes fell in gene categories with a wide range of functions. The results indicated that triploidy affects the dynamic gene regulatory network in triploid ovary.
