In this thesis, we find that dlg is indispensible in the establishment of anterior-posterior and dorsal-ventral polarity of drosophila oocyte. Removal of Dlg function from the posterior follicle cells using the FLP/FRT system leads to disruption of oocyte skeleton reconstruction that is elicited by the failure of those posterior cells to differentiate normally in mid-oogenesis. We demonstrate that abnormity of Notch, JAK-STAT and EGFR signal pathway in dlg mutants contributes to this aberrant differentiation. dlg null mutant also blocks the normal differentiation of two groups of anterior follicle cell-stretched cell and centripetal cell, but not border cell, with a lower penetrance. However unlike the result in posterior follicle cells, Notch and JAK-STAT signaling are both undisrupted in all mutant anterior follicle cells, implying other fate determinants may be involved.

RESULTS:Our results indicate that the chemokine CCL5 can induce migration in humanbreast carcinoma cell line MCF-7 in vitro and suggest a potential role for Ezrin in theprocesses of breast cancer cell migration,invasion and possibly metastasis responsed toCCL5.We demonstrate that Ezrin siRNA specifically inhibits Ezrin expression of MCF-7cells and deregulates several functions such as cell motility and cell invasion,indicatingthat Ezrin plays a key role in the development of human breast cancer cells.It\'s suggestedthat Ezrin may act as a new anti-invasion therapeutic target for human breast cancer.

RESULTS The positive rate of P-gp170expression in cervi-cal cancer pre-radiotherapy was58%(22/38).Among them,the positive expression rates were10/18(56%),6/10,4/6and2/4in keratinizing,nonkeratinizing squamous-cell carci-noma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.The positive rate of post-radiotherapy was90%(34/38)and among them,the positive expression rates were16/18(89%),8/10,6/6and4/4in keratinizing,nonkera-tinizing squamous-cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.
结果 宫颈癌组织P-gp170阳性表达在放疗前为58%(22/38),其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为10/18(56%),6/10,4/6,2/4例;放疗后其P-gp170阳性表达为90%(34/38),其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为16/18(89%),8/10,6/6,4/4例,P-gp170表达阳性强度较放疗前亦呈增高趋势。

The surface state and electrochemistry properly platinum-plated on open-cell foamed titanium electrode was investigated and he compared with IrTi anode and platinum-plated titanium toil cathode. The results show that open-cell foamed titanium can uniformly coat with excellent bonding strength platinum-plated, thickness coating 2 μm. The cathode release hydrogen voltage of platinum-plated on open-cell loamed titanium electrode is fall. The anode release oxygen voltage of platinum-plated on open-cell foamed titanium electrode is higher than Irli anode in high current.

Compared by middle-stage luteal cell, luteinized granulosa cells responded an increasion in PCNA even under hypoxic condition, which spoke for an important role of hypoxia in controlling the performance of cell proliferation. Similarity was proved between luteal cell and luteinized granulosa cells when it came to the performance of cell proliferation under a condition of hypoxia.

In Chapter Two, some methods such as electron microscope, DNA ending label and MTT measurement were used to studied the changes of apoptosis, necroses and cell vigour of leukaemia K562 cell trunk and HL-60 cell trunk irradiated with millimeter wave. Different effects of millimeter wave to leukaemia cell trunks and human marrow cells were observed clearly. Human marrow cells were not so sensitive to millimeter wave radiation as leukaemia cells.
