The reproductive development process of birch was described as follows: Male inflorescences extended from apical bud in early June. In later June, stamen primodium was differentiated in the bract of male inflorescence and the differentiation of bract was generated in female inflorescence. During July, anther layers and archesporial cell were differentiated in anther, then archesporial cell developed into mother microspore cell. Pistil primodium came into being at the same time. In early part of August the meiosis of mother microspore cell started. In later August, mono-nucleus microspore was formed. After September, both male inflorescence and female inflorescence were dormant.

Results 1、The CD11b-positive microglia were dyed low brown with small bacilliform cell bodies,ramified morphology,thin and long protuberance in CON and NIC group;In LPS group,the CD11b-positive microglia were dyed chocolate brown with more big roundish cell bodies,thicker and shorter processes;Most CD11b-positive microglia were dyed brown with bacilliform cell bodies,ramified morphology and few cells were dyed deep brown with more big roundish cell bodies,thicker and shorter protuberance in NIC+LPS group.

At 4th week, the percentages of Clara cells over bronchiolar epithelial cells were similar between groups. At 24th week, the percentages of Clara cells were reduced in mice exposed to TCDD, NNK, CSC, or TCDD+CSC exposure, but not in mice exposed to TCDD+1 mg NNK. Thus, these findings suggested that TCDD, NNK, CSC, or TCDD+CSC exposure injuried Clara cells to lose CCSP protein in mice lung.

Based on these previous work, in this research, in order to explore the the molecular mechanism of enhanced tumor cell immunogenicity treated by elemene and mytomycin C compositely, we used murine Hca-F ascitic hepatic carcinoma ( high lymphatic metastasis substrain of H22) as an experimental model to compare the immunoprotective effects on Hca-F cells as well as the mechanism of the effects caused by HSP70-peptide complex purified from untreated tumor cells, EC-TCV and BCG; We studied the mechanism of increased tumor cell membrane HSP expression treated with elemene by the techniques of RT-PCR and immunoelectron microscopy; In order to deeply elucidate the antitumor effects and the molecular mechanism of elemene in increasing tumor cell immunogenicity we analyzed and compared the effects of elemene and heat shock on the gene expressions of tumor cell using gene expression profile chip.

In contrast to conventional methods, a novel cell sheet-based technique has been proposed .This technique intend to achieve high cell density and function by layering confluent viable cell sheets without the use of acellular scaffolds that limit mass transport. Using thermo-sensitive cell culture surfaces, confluently cultured cells spontaneously detach as intact sheets simply by reducing the culture temperature.
