objective:to observe the effect of infusion of uvb-irradiated donor splenocytes on allogeneic transplantation of sciatic nerve of rats.methods:20 male wistar rats were randomly divided into uvb irradiated group and nonirradiated group（n=10）.irradiated and nonirradiated splenocytes were injected in the recipient rats through caudal vein respectively.
