In this article it has been analyzed that the composition of seed oil.mineral trace elements.vitamin C and amino acids in black current and saxifraga.The portion of seed oil in natural black current is 17.9%,In saxifraga it is 22.3%.The linolenic acid composition in natural seed oil is 19.024%.

The results showed that soil type had significant effects on the root morphology and nodule traits of test varieties. In alfisol, the root dry mass, root length, and root surface area of test varieties were greater at the fifth trifoliolate stage and bloom-beginning stages while smaller after seed-beginning stage, compared with those in mollisol, and the average root diameter after seed-beginning stage was higher in alfisol than that in mollisol. Soil type did not affect root-shoot ratio. The nodule number after seed-beginning stage was much smaller in alfisol than in mollisol, while the nodule fresh mass and the mass per nodule were in adverse.

结果表明：土壤类型对大豆根系形态及结瘤性状均有显著影响，在第5片复叶展开期和初花期，暗棕壤的根系干质量、根长和根表面积低于黑土，而在鼓粒初期后高于黑土，暗棕壤的平均根直径在鼓粒初期后也高于黑土，但土壤类型对根冠比的影响不大；暗棕壤的根瘤数在初花期后明显低于黑土，但根瘤鲜质量和单个根瘤质量高于黑土。

These results suggested that higher concentration of NaCl could cause the seed dormancy and accelerate the germination of ungerminated seeds. Perhaps there was a mechanism that the seed coat or embryo could prevent Na~+ from entering into the embryo so as to keep higher K~+ and lower Na~+/K~+ in the embryo. And it might be one of the physical mechanisms that the seed of Hibiscus hamabo Sieb.et Zucc. could resist high salinity stress. In addition, the annual seedlings of Hibiscus hamabo Sieb.et Zucc.

上述结果表明：高浓度的盐可以诱导海滨木槿种子休眠并促进盐胁迫解除后种子的萌发，这种机制可以使之避开不良的萌发条件，等到降雨使土壤溶液浓度降低再萌发，这是盐生植物的种子适应盐渍生境的一种有效方式；海滨木槿的种皮有阻挡Na~+进入胚的作用或胚具有某种拒Na~+的机制，使胚保持较高含量的K~+和较低的Na~+/K~+，这可能是海滨木槿种子耐盐的主要生理原因之一。

In order to study the effects of salt treatment with different NaCl concentration on the seed germination and the content of Na~+ and K~+ in the seed coat and embryo of Hibiscus hamabo Sieb.et Zucc., the seeds were cultivated by 1/4 Hoagland nutrition solution with 0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 mmol·L~(-1) NaCl, the germination rate and imbibition rate were measured every day, the content of Na~+ and K~+ in seed coat and embryo was determined when the seeds were treated for 5 and 10 days respectively; and after 15 days , the ungerminated seeds in 1/4 Hoagland nutrition solution with NaCl were cultivated by 1/4 Hoagland nutrition solution without NaCl.

The results showed that O. fragrans seeds were desiccation-sensitive as the seed viability declined to 6% when the seed moisture content was reduced to 11.6%. The seed electrical conductivity increased with the declining moisture content, a sign, which was caused by increasing cell membrane cleavage. Superoxide dismutase activity decreased rapidly during desiccation; but peroxidase activity increased to the maximal value when dehydration for 12 h, then declined rapidly when seeds were dehydrated more than 12 h.

结果表明：'紫柄籽银桂'种子不耐脱水，种子生活力随着含水量的下降而降低，种子含水量下降到11.6%时，生活力仅为6%；自然脱水过程中，种子细胞膜系统受到损伤，相对电导率不断上升；种子内SOD活性随着含水量下降而呈总体下降的趋势；POD先呈波动性上升，脱水12 h时达到最大值，之后急剧下降。
