This article carried on the reading related activity and the physical question design and in the solution literature foundation to the related concept connotation and the related theory has combed with summarizes, proposed based on the active junior middle school physics question and the solution principle and the method, and has carried on nine grade electrophysics based on the active question design teaching practice, has formed four typical cases: Series circuit characteristic case, electric radiator electric current thermal reaction case, Electricity review class case and practice simple circuit design case, has obtained the positive result.

本文在阅读有关活动及物理问题设计与解决的文献基础上对相关概念内涵及有关理论进行了梳理与综述，提出了基于活动的初中物理问题与解决的原则与方法，并进行了九年级物理电学基于活动的问题设计教学实践，形成了四个典型的案例：串联电路特点案例、电热器电流的热效应案例、电学复习课案例和实践活动简单电路设计案例，取得了积极的结果。

Results Among 85 cases, 46 cases were lipomas, Twenty-seven cases were sebaceous cysts, 19 cases were angeiomas, 8 cases were fibroids, 5 cases were ganglionic cysts, 3 cases were neurilemmomas,1 case was dermal nevus, 1 cases was fattey necrosis, 1 case was adipositis, 1 case was foreign-body granuloma,1 case was calcified epithelioma.

回顾性分析85例体表良性肿块的超声表现，总结其声像图特征，所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果 85例中脂肪瘤46例，皮脂腺囊肿27例，血管瘤19例，纤维瘤8例，腱鞘滑液囊肿5例，神经鞘膜瘤3例，皮肤痣、脂肪坏死、脂膜炎、异物肉芽肿、钙化上皮瘤各1例。

Resujts:① The distribution of lesions are mostly symmetrical, extensive, predominant in the middle and lower lung fields, and posterior areas in peripheral;② There are so many HRCT findings of lung, ILD is predominant: intralobular interstitial thickening 46 cases (100%), ground-glass opacity 41 cases (89.13%), peribronchovascular or centrilobular interstitial thickening 40 cases (86.96%), interlobular septal thickening 38 cases (82.61%), irregular linear opacity 37 cases (80.43%), small nodular opacity 34 cases (73.91%), subpleural line 27 cases (58.70%), bmnchiectasis or bronchiolectasis 19 cases (41.30%), patch opacity 18 cases (39.13%), expiratory mosaic sign 15 cases (32.61%), interface sign 14 cases (30.43%), honeycombing 12 cases (26.09%), emphysema or bulla 3 cases, cystic airspace suspected 1 case, and atelectasis suspected 1 case;③ Mediastinum and pleura: multiple small lymphonodi in mediastinum 41 cases (89.13%), pleural thickening or rough 38 cases (82.61%), esophagoectasis 11 cases (23.91%), unilateral little pleural fluid 1 case, and mediastinal emphysema 1 case.

结果：①皮肌炎肺部病变分布呈对称、广泛、偏中下、偏外后的特点；②肺部HRCT表现多样，以肺间质性改变为主：小叶内间质增厚46例(100%)，磨玻璃影41例(89.13%)，支气管血管束增宽或小叶核心增大40例(86.96%)，小叶间隔增厚38例(82.61%)，不规则纤维索条影37例(80.43%)，结节影34例(73.91%)，胸膜下线27例(58.70%)，支气管或细支气管扩张19例(41.30%)，斑片影18例(39.13%)，呼气相马赛克征15例(32.61%)，界面征14例(30.43%)，蜂窝影12例(26.09%)，肺气肿或肺大泡3例，单纯囊状气腔1例，肺不张l例；③纵隔及胸膜：纵隔小淋巴结影41例(89.13%)，胸膜增厚或毛糙38例(82.61%)，食管扩张11例(23.91%)，单侧少量性胸腔积液1例，纵隔气肿1例。

Results］ There were 11 cases with clear cell carcinoma; 1 case, granular cell carcinoma; 4 cases, mixed cell carcinoma; 1 case, multilocular cell carcinoma; 1 case, papillary renal carcinoma; 2 cases, chromophobe cell carcinoma and 1 case, collecting duct carcinoma.

结果］ 11例透明细胞癌，1例颗粒细胞癌，4例混合细胞癌，1例多房囊性肾细胞癌，1例乳头状癌，2例嫌色细胞癌，1例集合管癌。

Of the femoral fracture,there were 14 cases of fractures of shafts of femurs and 1 case of supracondylar fracture of femur;11 male, 4 female;7 left cases,8 right cases;1 case complicated with bending of bone plate and screw,6 cases with breakages of plate;1 case with bending of common intramedullary nail,2 cases with breakages of common intramedullary nails,1 case of screw and wire lock fixation complicated with pseudoarticulation formation,4 cases with nonunion of fracture.

方法］24例长骨骨折内固定手术失败应用有限切开交锁髓内钉治疗的长骨骨折翻修术病例中，股骨15例，其中股骨干骨折14例，股骨髁上骨折1例；男11例，女4例；左侧7例，右侧8例；接骨板螺丝钉折弯1例，断裂6例，普通髓内钉折弯1例，折断2例，螺钉并钢丝固定假关节形成1例，骨折不愈合4例。

Results: thirty cases were cured and 7 cases were improved, accounting for 83% and 13.7% respectively; 8 cases gave up treatment, accounting for 15.7%; 6 cases died, accounting for 11.8%.of the 6 died infants, 5 cases died of respiratory failure and pulmonary hemorrhage; 3 cases were sclerema neonatorum, 3 cases were very low birth weight infants; 3 cases' gestational age was less than 32 weeks, 1 case had intrauterine growth retardation, 1 case had asphyxia history of birth, 1 case had infection history , 1 case had convulsion history (suspected intracranial hemorrhage).

结果：治愈30例，占58.8％；好转7例，占13.7％；自动出院8例，占15.7％；死亡6例，占11.8％，其中5例死于呼吸衰竭，肺出血。其中3例有硬肿症，3例为极低体重儿；孕周2周者3例；1例有宫内发育迟缓，1例有新生儿窒息史，1例有感染史，1例有抽搐史。

Results:the incision complications of the 31 cases,include incision infection(12 cases),subincision fluid(11 cases),incision dehiscence(1 case),incision bleeding(1 case),subcutaneous congestion and hematoma(1 case),incisional hernia(2 cases), incision tumor implantation(1 case),and incision hyperplasia scar (2 cases).conclusions:it is important to prevent incision complications of lc from occuring by strict asepsis,reasonable incision selection,careful and standard technical operation,well anaesthetic coordination and resonable postoperotive treatment.

回顾1 650例lc发生切口并发症31例的临床资料。结果：31例中切口感染12例，切口下积液11例，切口裂开1例，切口出血1例，皮下淤血及血肿1例，切口疝2例，切口肿瘤种植1例，增殖性瘢痕2例。结论：严格的无菌技术，恰当的切口选择，细致和规范的技术操作，良好的麻醉配合和合理的术后处理是预防lc切口并发症的重要措施。

Results:The incision complications of the 31 cases,include incision infection(12 cases),subincision fluid(11 cases),incision dehiscence(1 case),incision bleeding(1 case),subcutaneous congestion and hematoma(1 case),incisional hernia(2 cases), incision tumor implantation(1 case),and incision hyperplasia scar (2 cases).
