Where is a partial loss of goods, merchandise, or other moveables, the measure of indemnity, subject to any express provision in the policy, is as follows:（1）Where part of the goods, merchandise or other moveables insured by a valued policy is totally lost, the measure of indemnity is such proportion of the sum fixed by the policy as the insurable value of the part lost bears to the insurable value of the whole, ascertained as in the case of an unvalued policy:(2) Where part of the goods, merchandise, or other moveables insured by an unvalued policy is totally lost, the measure of indemnity is the insurable value of the part lost, ascertained as in case of total loss:(3) Where the whole or any part of the goods or merchandise insured has been delivered damaged at its destination, the measure of indemnity is such proportion of the sum fixed by the policy in the case of the valued policy, or of the insurable value in the case of an unvalued policy, as the difference between the gross sound and damaged values at the place of arrival bears to the gross sound value:(4)"Gross value" means the wholesale price, or, if there be no such price, the estimated value, with, in either case, freight, landing charges, and duty paid beforehand; provided that, in the case of goods or merchandise customarily sold in bond, the bonded price is deemed to be the gross value.

Article 24 In case an export supervised warehouse is approved to enjoy the policy of tax refund upon entry of goods into the warehouse, the Customs shall, after the goods have been cleared and entered into the warehouse, issue the proof page of the declaration list for the export goods.

Article 34 In the case of failure to verify and write off or endorse the re-exportation of goods temporarily imported under any carnet by the customs office in China for any reason, the ATA Verification and Write-off Center shall verify and write off the ATA carnet upon the strength of endorsement on the ATA carnet by the customs authority of any other contracting state which certifies that importation or re-importation of this batch of goods, or other documents acknowledged by the customs office in China which can certify that this batch of goods has already left China indeed, as certifications which certify that the goods have been re-exported from China.

第三十四条 ATA单证册项下暂时进境货物复运出境时，因故未经我国海关核销、签注的，ATA核销中心凭由另一缔约国海关在ATA单证上签注的该批货物从该国进境或者复运进境的证明，或者我国海关认可的能够证明该批货物已经实际离开我国境内的其它文件，作为已经从我国复运出境的证明，对ATA单证册予以核销。

Article 14 In the case of applying for extending the time limit for the re-importation and re-exportation of goods, the holder of ATA carnet or consignor or consignee of goods temporarily imported or exported under non-ATA carnet shall, not later than 30 days prior to the expiry of the prescribed time limit, apply to the customs office which examines and approves the temporary importation or exportation of goods for extending the time limit and submit an Application for Extension of the Time Limit for the Goods Temporarily Imported / Exported (See format in Annex 4) and other relevant application materials.

Whenever the Carrier or Master may deem it advisable, or in any case where the goods are destined .for ports or places at which the ship does not call, and particularly but not exclusively where the-Port of Discharge from Ship and Destination of the Goods named overpage are not the same, the Carriermay, without notice, but at its own expense, forward the whole or any part of the goods before or after loading at the original port of shipment, or any other place or places even though outside the scope of the voyage or the route to or.
