And the GH of Acanthopagrus butcheri was also parallel to the standard curve. Prolactin of goldfish and recombinant growth hormone of common carp showed no cross-reactivity with the antiserum of orange-spotted grouper GH. It showed that the established RIA was specific and sensitive.
