Article 34 In the case of failure to verify and write off or endorse the re-exportation of goods temporarily imported under any carnet by the customs office in China for any reason, the ATA Verification and Write-off Center shall verify and write off the ATA carnet upon the strength of endorsement on the ATA carnet by the customs authority of any other contracting state which certifies that importation or re-importation of this batch of goods, or other documents acknowledged by the customs office in China which can certify that this batch of goods has already left China indeed, as certifications which certify that the goods have been re-exported from China.

第三十四条 ATA单证册项下暂时进境货物复运出境时，因故未经我国海关核销、签注的，ATA核销中心凭由另一缔约国海关在ATA单证上签注的该批货物从该国进境或者复运进境的证明，或者我国海关认可的能够证明该批货物已经实际离开我国境内的其它文件，作为已经从我国复运出境的证明，对ATA单证册予以核销。

Article 10 For the re-exportation or re-importation of any goods temporarily imported or exported at another place, the holder of ATA carnet or consignee or consignor of goods temporarily imported or exported under the non-ATA carnet shall, upon the strength of the customs documents bearing the seal of the local competent customs office, go through the re-exportation or re-importation formalities in the customs office of the place of entry or exit.

第十条 异地复运出境、进境的暂时进出境货物，ATA单证册持证人、非ATA单证册项下暂时进出境货物收发货人应当持主管地海关签章的海关单证向复运出境、进境地海关办理手续。

Article 14 In the case of applying for extending the time limit for the re-importation and re-exportation of goods, the holder of ATA carnet or consignor or consignee of goods temporarily imported or exported under non-ATA carnet shall, not later than 30 days prior to the expiry of the prescribed time limit, apply to the customs office which examines and approves the temporary importation or exportation of goods for extending the time limit and submit an Application for Extension of the Time Limit for the Goods Temporarily Imported / Exported (See format in Annex 4) and other relevant application materials.

第三十一条 ATA单证册项下暂时进境货物申请延长期限超过ATA单证册有效期的，ATA单证册持证人应当向原出证机构申请续签ATA单证册。

Article 30 In the case of damage or destruction of any ATA carnet after the importation, the ATA carnet holder shall bring the new ATA carnet issued by the original issuing institution to the local competent customs office directly under the General Administration of Customs for confirmation.

第三十条进境ATA单证册在进境后发生毁坏、灭失等情况的，ATA单证册持证人应当持原出证机构补发的ATA单证册到主管地直属海关进行确认。

Before the customs office of China issues an ATA Carnet Recourse Notice, if the carnet holder applies for verifying and writing off the carnet upon the strength of the certification issued by the customs authority of any other country which certifies that the goods have left the customs area of China, the customs office shall exempt it from the adjustment fee.
