Cystoscopy showed the carcinoma was solid tumor with necrotic tissue on the surface. Sarcomatoid carcinoma was mainly composed of transitional epithelial cancer cells and malignant mesenchymal cells (spindle cells and polymorphic cells), with a transitional region of interlacement of these cells.
