采用大鼠腹腔注射羟甲基纤维素钠致炎诱发白细胞游走,涂抹二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应,小鼠尾静脉注射胶体碳悬液,腹腔注射10%羊红细胞免疫小鼠,观察小儿利咽康颗粒剂对羟甲基纤维素钠致炎诱发白细胞游走的抑制作用,对二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应、对小鼠血中碳粒清除速度、对小鼠血清凝集素的影响。
