Article 25 If it is really necessary to import or export any goods temporarily imported or exported, the consignee or consignor of the said goods shall, not later than 30 days prior to the expiry of the time limit for the re-exportation or re-importation, file an application with the local competent customs office and shall, upon approval of the local competent customs office directly under the General Administration of Customs, go through the import or export formalities under the relevant provisions.
