Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the advantages of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods Procedure of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision were performed in 8 patients with rectal cancer.

摘要］ 目的评价腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的优越性方法在腹腔镜下对8例直肠癌实行全系膜切除术并对手术方法和临床效果进行分析。

AIM: To detect the expression of CD44 splice variant v6 (CD44v6) in the tissues of rectal cancer and mesorectum, and to prove the scientific nature of the total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer on the basis of molecular level.

目的：通过检测CD44v6在的直肠癌及直肠系膜内的表达，从分子水平证明全直肠系膜切除术治疗直肠癌的科学性。

There found 4, 32 and 19 patients with lymph node metastasis inside mesorectum respectively at distal, lateral and proximal parts of the cancer, which was correlated with differentiation degree of the cancer.
