目的 通过对100例胆囊及肝外胆管正常结构尚存在的患者ERCP图像资料进行归纳和分析，探讨胆囊手术术前了解肝外胆道系统形态及变异的重要性。方法选出100例胆囊及肝外胆管正常结构尚存在的患者图像，对其形态、汇合位置进行分析。结果 100例患者图像中肝外胆管显示清晰者97例(97%)，3例因胆总管下端开口松弛导致大量气泡进入胆道，但肝外胆管大体形态显示尚清晰，胆囊及胆囊管显示清晰者87例(87%)，13例(13%)仅部分显示胆囊或胆囊管。结论 ERCP可以清晰显示肝外胆管及胆囊管的形态及变异情况，对于胆囊手术术前了解肝外胆道系统形态及变异有重要价值。 ERCP；胆囊管；肝外胆管

This study experimentally examined the heat transfer characteristics of 180-deg turning duct under forced convection cooling, as the internal cooling structure of 180-deg turning duct is widely applied to industrial cooling. While several perforated holes were separately arranged within the 180-deg turning duct, the cold flow of better cooling capability was guided in the first duct into the second duct in advance, so as to reduce the overheating of the second duct and realize uniform cooling of the machine members. In addition, the centrally separated holes could yield extra turbulence against the air current, and the interaction between bypass air current and mainstream may possibly improve the overall heat transfer capability.

本研究系以实验方法探讨180度转弯通道於强制对流冷却下之热传递特性，180度转弯通道之内部冷却构型在工业冷却之应用非常广泛，本研究设计将180度转弯通道其中间分隔具多个穿孔，目的在将第一流道内具较佳冷却能力之冷流提早引入第二流道，以减少第二流道产生过热情况，如此可使得机件获得均匀之冷却，此外，中间分隔上之穿孔对气流也具有额外之扰动效果、流经穿孔之旁通气流与主流交互作用，这都有可能增益整体热传能力。

CT finding is round and elliptic dilations of common bile duct.1 case is multiple localized cysts of intrahepatic bile ducts.CT finding is multiple limitative dilations of intrahepatic bile ducts.2 cases are cysts in both intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts.2 cases of CT cholangiography show that contrast media were in the cysts.

结果：10例胆总管呈圆形或椭圆形扩张，1例肝内胆管呈多发性局限性囊状扩张，2例同时累及肝内、外胆管，2例胆系造影CT扫描，造影剂进入囊肿内。

Results:In this group there were respectively 8 calculi of intrahepatic duct,9 calculi of extrahepatic duct,4 stenosis of bile duct,3 duodenal papillitis,2 excess residual cystic duct and 2 stubble cholecystitis,which were managed surgically.There were respectively 1 duodenal diverticulum,10 bile back flow gastritis,5 functional dyspepsia,1 chronic pancreatitis and 1 ulcer,which were cured via expectant treatment.

结果：本组肝内胆管结石8例，肝外胆管结石9例，胆管狭窄4例，十二指肠乳头炎3例，胆囊管残留过长2例，残株胆囊炎2例，分别采用外科手术治疗；十二指肠憩室1例，胆汁返流性胃炎10例，功能性消化不良5例，慢性胰腺炎1例，溃疡病1例，采用内科保守治疗好转。

RESULTS: The incidence of sialolith increased from the orifice of Wharton's duct to hilum, 62.5% of the stones were located in the posterior of Wharton's duct, the most common shape was round and oval, the volume of calculus in the posterior Wharton's duct was bigger than that in the anterior duct.

结果：下颌下腺导管结石在导管中发生的位置由前向后依次升高，62.5%患者结石位于导管的后段，结石以圆形和椭圆形为多，位于后段者体积多较大。
