The working conditions of equipments, the mediums and their concentrations, and the interference of coexisting ions were investigated. The results showed that when the flame was shielded with oxygen enriched, the barium in lapis lazuli could be determined using calcium nitrate as releasing agent in 5% nitric acid. The obtained results were satisfied.

In this study, the aged watermelon seeds were selected as material, soaked by different concentrations of salicylic acid, calcium nitrate and gibberellic acid (GA3), to study the effects on germination rate, related physiological and biochemical indexes of aged watermelon seeds. The results show that the activity of aged watermelon seeds was obviously increased after soaking, and the best treatment to promote germination was Ca(NO3)210mmol/L. Besides, conductivity and soluble sugar content of seeds lixivium, and MDA content of seeds were decreased obviously after treated by SA, Ca(NO3)2 and GA3, and SA treatment had the best obvious effects.
本试验以自然老化的西瓜种为试材,采用不同浓度的水杨酸、硝酸钙、赤霉素预浸种处理,研究其对老化西瓜种子萌发及相关生理生化指标的影响,结果表明:不同处理均可显著提高老化西瓜种子活力,以10mmol/L的Ca(NO3)2处理促进萌发的效果最为明显;不同处理均能明显降低种子浸出液电导率、可溶性糖含量及种子中丙二醛含量,以水杨酸的各处理效果最好。

A suggestion is put forward to adding H2SO4 or (NH4)2SO4 into the mother liquor after calcium nitrate tetrahydrate separated for a further removal of residual Ca, thus the Ca content can be decreased to 0.35% from the previous 3.4%, and the viscosity of neutralized slurry to 0.04 ~0.08 Pa·s, with nice fluidity of slurry Water soluble phosphorus accoun ts to 88%~90%, and the process improves the adaptability of phosphate rock to nitrophosphate production.
提出分离四水硝酸钙后的母液加入H2SO4或(NH4)2SO4进一步除去母液中残钙,可使母液中钙含量由3.4%降到0.35%以下,中和器中料浆粘度可降到0.04~0.08 Pa·s,料浆流动性很好,产品中磷的水溶率可达88%~90%,并提高了硝酸磷肥生产对磷矿的适应能力。
