The results of the determinating the activity of the CA in vitro showed that the CA of the water—fed individuals were in activing statics after eclosion. Because of the apperence of the Vg in haemolymph and the deposition of the vitellin in oocytes in the unfed females, it was shown that the CA in such individuals were in activiting statics, too. Again because in the water—fed females which did not lack the feeding action the activity of the CA showed dropping tendency gradually still, it could be said that the activiting of the CA was possibly effected by the nutrition but it was never related to the adult feeding action. In another respect, the brain of the female adult had not significant effect on the activiting CA. The oocytes could depositing vitellin in individuals removed brain tissue on the day of eclosion, which showed that the activting of CA was not concerned with brain.

The β-CA of B.napus was located in chloroplast stroma and had the conservative motif Cys-X(subscript n-His-X2-Cys peculiar to β type carbonic anhydrases. In the secondary structure,α-helix, random coil,β-sheet, and β-turn were 39.88%, 39.27%, 16.31%, and 4.53%, respectively. The three-dimensional structure was constructed by homology modeling. The 3-D alignment of β-CA from B.napus and a monomer of β-CA octamer from pea showed that the 3-D structure of β-CA from B.napus could match well with the monomer. The alignment results Implied that β-CA from B.napus was a monomer of the β-CA octamer from B.napus.

Thus mitochondrias are not the only one intracellular Ca〓 storage, endoplasmic reticulums and Golgi bodies in the same zone may be also the Ca〓 storages. But the extreme apical zone under 2μm of the growing hyphal tip was still almost devoid of stain under pH 8. 0.The CTC fluorescence was concentrated in the subapic zone beyond about 2μm from the tip and then gradually became lower behind about 40μm from the tip. These results did not support the hypothesis which suggested that the cell wall vesicles in the extreme apical zone were intracellular Ca〓 storages.

And when Garyota urens L. was treated by the temperature of 2℃ for 120 h, the deposits of Ca(superscript 2+) mainly concentrated within the cytoplasm, nucleus and plasma membrane and there was also some Ca(superscript 2+) deposits in vacuoles, and the ultrastructure of some cells was simultaneously damaged severely: Chloroplasts structure, vacuole membrane and nuclear membrane had been damaged fully, the structure within the cell had become unclear, and the cell only have respiration.

Calcium montmorillonite was prepared by purifying LeXi bentonite with wet method two times. After purification, sodium modification of Ca-M was studied. A series of Fe/Cr-pillared montmorillonites were prepared with conventional method using sodium montmorillonite as experimental materials, and synthesis condition of Fe/Cr-PILM was studied and optimized. In order to shorten the preparation cycle of PILM by overleaping the step of sodium modification of Ca-M, the pretreatment technique for Ca-M has been pointed out for the first time. A series of PILMs were prepared with hydrothermal method using pretreated Ca-M as starting materials, which show that pretreatment of Ca-M is feasible.
